It's easy to for people to quickly think you're boring or mean, judging solely on your exterior and first impressions. However, you're far from that - it just takes a while for people to get it and for you to open up to them. You like to keep to yourself, to say the least. You probably someone that goes out in public with headphones on and hope that no one talks to you, as these interactions are either nerve-wracking or annoying to you. When you're in class and the instructor asks you to discuss a question or concept with a neighbor, you don't even bother to look around, and would rather wait to see if anyone turns towards you. A good day to you is one that didn't involve dealing with too many people - a nice, calm, relaxing day full of doing the things you enjoy is most ideal to you. You're theoretical and logical, relying on cold hard facts and would rather listen to your brain than your heart. Your favorite places are ones where you can be unbothered, like at home, a cafe, or a library.
You probably think that relationships are a waste of time, each one bound to crash and burn in the end. You see romance as something that makes you emotionally vulnerable, and you hate that. Your previous relationships probably didn't work because of your tendency to take a while to warm up to people - they were impatient and decided it was a waste of time to wait, or you're just inexperienced altogether. While intimacy comes quite easily for others, it's something that's foreign and difficult for you to show, as expressing yourself to others is something that doesn't come naturally to you.
Despite all of this, you secretly still wish for a romantic relationship. You hope for someone that sees past your seemingly unemotionally available appearance - someone who understands that it takes a while for you to warm up to others. You really don't care much about appearance, instead preferring someone that understands and is patient with you. Your love language is probably gift-giving or acts of service, as words and physical affection is too difficult for you to initiate. However, you enjoy receiving words of affirmation and physical touch quite a bit.
You were probably a gifted kid who was either able to rebound from burnout or didn't experience it at all, and you were/are considered an ideal student. As a kid, adults in your life praised you for being mature for your age or commented on the fact that you're quiet and well-behaved. Little did they know that it was due to your family and circumstances that forced you to grow up too early. You were treated by an adult as a kid and had high expectations placed on you. As a result of your childhood, you developed a very detached attachment style, which continues to impact you today, and you have an issue of numbing your emotions instead of feeling them. You have a bad habit of overworking yourself, and you often don't have much time outside of your work or studies. This makes it even harder to connect to others and spend time taking care of yourself.
I used pretty metaphors, like a planet or clam, to represent the other kinnies. However, the first thing that comes to mind for you is a popsicle with a funny joke on the inside. To know the joke that's encased in ice, you'd need to wait for you to melt or consume the ice around you. Obviously, someone can just force their way in by scraping off all of your ice, but by doing that, they don't get to experience the true you. Your past - the popsicle stick - is a foundation for who you are today, but you're more than just a popsicle stick. You have the other qualities that make up you - your personality, your interests, etc., that's within your ice. The most natural and correct way to enjoy a popsicle is to take it slow and savor it over time.
