I am actually active and participative however I don't seem active since most of the people I interact with are in the opposite timezone so I only had limited time when the time comes. I would love to roleplay with everyone here!

Many things still remain as mysteries in history. Not everything was written down. Some weren't tracked and some were erased.

 

 

There's a secret behind Korea's last dynasty - the bannished prince. During Joseon, in the late reigns of Emperor Gojong, he had two children - twins, who were forced to be effaced from time. The twins were said to be born by an anonymous Chinese woman that soon evacuated from the land. No one had known her true identity or what had happened to her since then. The children grew intelligent and wise. They had unique perspectives of the country so the whole kingdom had high hopes of them being the next rulers that would make the land prosper. However, not everything happened in their favor.

 

 

The twins were a prince and a princess. The young lad was Ren and the young maiden was Rin. Both were inquisitive and adventurous of all odds they see. Even in such a young age of 10, the kids were keen and excellent that they excel in any challenge and tests. They were most likely to be more of philosophers than heir and heiress of the country. During a small travel around the kingdom, the twins alone strolled the palace. They ended in a small room full of crates and boxes. During their little expedition, the both of them found out something about Ren rather than discovering about the building. It was commonly called as a gift.

 

The structure of the room was tight and very concrete, no light can peek in. Though, since the place was old, some woods were fractured that let few light to peep in.  The thin rays of light made the room's brightness imbalanced. The black-haired boy noticed something different, his shadow. According to the light's direction shining upon him, his shadow should had been cast behind him. However, his shadow was infront of him, in perfect pitch-black color. He tried to move around and it cloned him perfectly, even its shape and size. Usually, shadows are deformed in length especially in Ren's position but it was exactly in the same size as him. Rin also witnessed the abnormality before her eyes. They both studied it carefully. Beside the size and position, nothing else extraordinaty about it. Until Rin's shadow finally got fused with it and it moved on its own.

 

The imbalance light of the room made this capability more powerful for having more dark areas. The uncontrolled black figure twisted its bearer and victim in pain and endangered their lives. Both cried in pain but was unheard. Soon, it became stronger until it could already broke some limbs of the two. Ren's power is unique and powerfull but deadly if he has no control. Extreme emotions are its source of strength in that moment. His strong outburst of anxiousness and fear overpowered the hollowed clone and drove it crazy, controlling his sister vigorously like a puppet but with no strings than her shadow. Although, he was ghastly hurt too but not much as his sister was. Such uncontrolled ability could bring extreme damage such as breaking of muscles, bones and nerves that could lead to death to both parties.

 

Fate was kind enough to spare the caster's life but it wasn't kind to spare his sister's. He stared at her horridly broken body, some were torn apart and some bones could already be seen from her stretched silk-like skin. The view was too dreadful for a ten-year old to bear. But he couldn't help her, or just go near her still-warm corpse. His limbs were broken too, so he couldn't stand, he couldn't walk, he couldn't run. Tears just fall from his eyes and cries escaped his lips. Rin's crooked body stayed still with eyes shot open and mouth opened widely with blood dropping from her lips.

 

The news spreaded throughout the whole palace like wildfire but it never got the chance to escape from the palace's gates since it was forbidden. The prince was acused of murder and possessor of witch powers. He was sentenced of death and would be dispatched in a far away land. However, fate had plans for him so he escaped.

 

He ended at the hands of a foreigner that took him to an exotic place, England. He was brought there and was sold to different lords. Many people got fond of him because of his exotic beauty - jet-black silky hair, fair skin, and brown slit-like eyes. He became a servant, a e and a slave. He was a mere toy to his masters. However, his beauty didn't last long so he got thrown away at the age of 35. His life on the streets wasn't kind to him for he was still abused and got played on. He became weak and fragile. His life hanged between life and death. He was found by another man in his last breaths and took him in.

 

He landed Ren's cold body on a circular symbol that was drawn on the ground. Many writings were written around the sign. Beside his body was various liguids and powders and also, another corpse - a little girl's corpse. He chanted foreign words and everything lit up. He put his hands together and pushed them down on the seal. A big gate opened infront of him, only light and mutliple hands were seen. Strong wind blew everything from their places. There was also plenty of faces there, mostly children's and lots of voices crying and laughing creepily. The incident was breath-taking and enchanting though frightening. He intentioned to bring back his daughter with alchemy, using Ren's body as the sacrifice. However, that time, it failed and nothing happened.

 

He preserved both bodies and did a lot of research, leaving behind his old life and dedicated all his hours left in reading, experimenting and discovering. He was a man at the age of 28 when he lost his only daughter.  He wasted his years for alchemy of bringing her back. But all the years of trying, he lost his hand, arm, leg and eye, replacing them with artificial ones, but nothing changed in her corpse. At the age of 70, he tried once again even though he was already weak and not much strength remained in his body. The door of alchemy opened once again, it took Ren's body and her daughter's body. Before it closed, it gave him a beautiful child with blonde locks and pale skin. The body was breathing and warm, then the light dispappeared. He thought to himself, finally he achieved it. He had lost too much; his family, dignity, respect and his self.

 

However, he found out he didn't succeed at all. As the child opened his eyes and spoke his first words as a revived human, it was different to her daughter's. He learned that Ren was the one revived in his daughter's body and not his girl. He failed again.  He's too weak and got nothing else to sacrifice than his own self.  He tried it once again, offering his body but Ren got in the way and offered himself, resulting a different output. November 5, 1995; Ren got reborn in a feminine boy body with curled locks, blue eyes and pale, slim frame. No use, it was still a failure. He had a oneshot and it failed.

 

The man got too weak and couldn't stand anymore. He mourned in regrets and never talked. The young boy couldn't leave him. He had no place to go, so he stayed at his side and took care of him until he aged. The man got so touched with the sweet boy and soon talked and got open to him. Years passed and the man returned to his old life. He treated Ren like his own child. He named him as Choi Min Ki, close to his daughter's name; Choi Min Chi. Mr. Choi was a Korean anyway that grew up in England, so he understood his son who was talking in a foreign language when he told him his story. 

 

They both lived happily in the company of each other at a small doll shop in Oxford. Mr. Choi went back into crafting once again porcelains after Minki came to him. The thought that he's only an accident fled from his mind and treated him like his own son. He treated him that he's intentionally made. The boy grew up as a beautiful child, even far more beautiful than dolls he had made. But he's not only beautiul on the outside but in heart as well. He was the kindest and sweetest child he ever met. Minki helped him in running his shop. He played as a son and as a daughter for Mr. Choi. 

 

Years spent  togehter, Mr. Choi found out that a part of Min Chi was living inside the same vessel as Minki. It was not only their bodies got merged but their souls as well. Time to time, Minki switches to Minchi but not fully. What he got was her aggressive and wise side only, turning him into a devious diva. Minki also received Minchi's gift; Animation. He used to animate all the dolls and figurines inside the shop like what Minchi used to do before whenever's no customer around. They both had fun and developed a mutaul relationship with each other.

 

Since Mr. Choi was an old man, he didn't last long and soon died, leaving Minki alone. In his will, he sold the shop and gave the money to Minki. Before he passed away, in his last words, he told the boy that he wanted him to find his home, purpose, and true family so that's why he gave all of his wealth to him. The lad obeyed him so he used the money to travel, searching for his new home. At the age of 13 of renaissance, he had traveled Europe. He ceased traveling and stopped by in America to work and to earn money for the travel to Korea. It had been two centuries since he saw his old home. He wanted to know how much it changed. He wondered if Korea was truly his home since the beginning. At the age of 16 he came back to Korea, not as a prince, but as an immigrant. He stayed there and worked there as a runway model. A year passed and nothing changed. He had been tired of traveling. He just made himself believe that this would be his last stop. And it was. After a project in a small town, he found; Rising Sun Academy.

UNDERCONSTRUCTION

 

After he had moved to the academy, he gained friends who had helped him develop and moved on from his past. In his stay, there hasn't much classes whenever he attends school so he mostly spend his time in his dorm. He usually just read books or just hang out in his classroom.

 

He gained a family in his stay, just like what his English father wanted. He had Yunho as his father and Jaejong as his mother. Both were unique and dear people  and  had a tragic past behind them too. The two were separated by fate and he had promised himself that he'll do what he could do to bring them back together and be a happy, completed family he always had wished. 

 

He also gained two little kids, his dolls, where a part of his soul now rests upon them. The older was Anna, a vintage doll he found in Yunho's Antique shop. A part of Yunho's soul is capsuled inside her. Minki found her fascinating with her charming Europian beauty. Her sweet face reminded him of his sister in England. Although he never had really met her and only had seen her in his mind and pictures, she became dear to him like a real sister. When he animated Anna, graceful movement was emitted in her dance. She was like a beautiful swan. She was the link that made the two a family. Her sole purpose is entertainment. She dances and sings angelically. Her voice is heartwarming and her dances are breathtaking. She's also great in helping in chores and cooking which made the boy's life easier. Minrin was made by Minki and Yunho together when the boy became an official apprentice in the shop. She was named after Minki's sisters- Minchi and Rin. Her design and structure is more of a young Korean maiden with charming features. Even though she's still a learning baby, she's intented to be a guardian angel in combat. Her structure is softer than Anna but more suited in battles if Minki will need her. Purely Minki's soul rested inside her vessel so she's more linked to the boy than Anna. She's more controllable than the other so very suited in battles. She possed a part of her master's gifts so could also use Animation and Shadow Manipulation but not much.
