L.Joe is someone who doesn't really care about others, as long as he gets what he wants to fill his own desires, he doesn't care if anyone gets hurt because of him. He often hangs around bars or parties long enough to pick someone up, take them back to his place, have some fun, then kick them out when he's done with them. He's got a cold personality which often results in him losing his temper sometimes and getting into fights. He hates being rejected by others and won't hesitate to do whatever he has to, to get them to give in, even if it means drugging them.
