Unlike the other demigods, Lloyd was pretty normal. The fact that he wasn't as powerful - or as so what he knows - that he didn't much attract much monsters. Growing up, Lloyd's parents weren't really there. Well, having his own father a god, and his mother marrying someone who owned multiple successful companies didn't really feel like a blessing to Lloyd. Never once was Lloyd comfortable with his own mother, knowing how much of an important person she was. His mother will always be busy, and hence never had much time to even visit him. As a child who lost his mother's care at the mere age of ten, he pretty much got used to it already. Not that he cares, anyway. Everytime he'll seek a motherly presence, his grandmother will always be there, so was his uncle. Ever since he lost his mother's side, all he did was get used to the fact that the only ones who'll be there's his grandmother and his uncle.

Now, speaking of being normal... everything was just normal for Lloyd as he grew up. He found out having this weird fact about him having ADHD and being Dyslexic. Knowing he had ADHD was kind of alright for him, though, Dyslexic? He had no idea. Lloyd found it kind of weird to have difficulty to read hangul, yet he was able to speak it. Yeah, so let's get back to the topic. Everything was normal. He was known as a prankster slash jokester in his school, sometimes even a pickpocket. He'd always get in trouble because of his silly pranks and his weird habit of stealing small things from his classmates. Lloyd never had problems having friends and all, since he's always the loud and upbeat type, but what he was having a hard time over was him being dyslexic and having ADHD. His grades will always be low because of this, and the only thing he was good at was sports. Surprisingly, Lloyd is known for being athletic, and in school, that will always be something he will be proud of. Except for being the best prankster, of course. If you want to plan a surprise prank, just approach Lloyd. He'll forever be more than happy to help, even to accompany you doing it for better results.

Yeah, so everything was normal, for the hundredth time of mentioning. Normal - until that when he turned sixteen. It was weekend by then, he was just being normal, walking from the convenience store and back home, carrying a bag of groceries his grandmother told him to buy - when he realized how their house were wide open, and that a pack of wolves were entering their home. Alarmed, he accidentally dropped the bag of grocery and made a run inside the house, only to find his own grandmother talking to a wolf. A freaking speaking wolf! What in the world... this is exotic!

Sauntering over where his grandmother calmly sat, he was utterly clueless and speachless. He had no idea what was happening, why a a pack of wolves suddenly came to their home. That was until his own grandmother explained him everything.

Every. Single. Thing.

Lloyd's reaction was supposed to be: "Cool! I'm a demigod?!" But little did he know that as a Roman demigod, life's never as easy. Well, as if a life of a demigod - Greek or Roman - is ever easy. Not. For Lloyd, he had no other choice but to go with the speaking wolf, as whom she addressed herself as the wolf goddess, Lupa. Leaving was against his will, but his own family urged him to. Before the young man left, his grandmother gave him one thing - a sheated golden sword, and she only said one thing about it. "It was given by your father, and I was told to give it to you when the right time comes." Though, he wasn't really told who his father was. All that he'd be finding his own godly parentage soon enough.

It wasn't really an easy thing for Lloyd the moment they reached the Wolf House. The only thing that fascinated the young man was the fact that it was once - the Wolf House - built by a son of Mercury, and at that time, he had no idea that he was even also a son of Mercury himself. He was trained, taught and conditioned until he was ready - ready to face his challenges ahead, ready to be a true blue Roman demigod. Of course, the training itself was a torture to Lloyd. He honestly had no idea about swordplay, but surprisingly, it seemed to come off naturally. His sword fighting skills seem to be... normal. As if it was just there, always there in him.

And so he was judged worthy of taking place as one of the Legionnaires of Rome, and therefore was taken to Camp Jupiter...

Where his second journey starts.

The journey of his own. A prankster, a jokester, a troll - those are probably the best words to describe what kind of demigod Lloyd Garett is. He can be silly and annoying, and most probably he can be the person to get on your nerves, too. But either way, Lloyd is a good guy. He may be as silly and goofy, but he still have his own serious side. Lloyd is simply the guy that despite having the charismatic charm, he doesn't even care anything about wrecking his image. It's not always about the looks, isn't it? It's best to be yourself rather than to pretend to be someone else. Though, aside from being a mischievous prankster... Lloyd is also quite a pickpocket. [ ADHD & Dyslexia ] Like any other demigods, Lloyd possess battle reflexes he use to analize the fighting style of his opponent, and his brain is hard-wired for Latin.
[ Thievery ] As a child of Mercury, the god of Messengers, Travelers and Thieves, Lloyd has the ability of stealing something without anyone noticing it.
[ Natural Jokester ] Lloyd is a practical joker and can be very cunning, being able to get away with several practical jokes without getting caught until after the joke has played out.
[ Speed ] Being a son of a god of travel, Lloyd possess fast reflexes. As a rare ability, he is likely to be able to teleport to different places, though, he still doesn't know how to manipulate this kind of rare ability yet.
[ Intuition ] Lloyd can sense traps and demigods.
[ Athletic ] Since Mercury/Hermes is also a god of athletes, Lloyd is likely to be athletic.
[ Fighting Skills ] Being trained for using a sword ever since his first entrance to Camp Jupiter, passing Lupa's initiation, Lloyd has fair knowledhge on swordfighting. He tend to be sneaky and fast when it comes to swordplay. [ Imperial Gold Roman Spatha ] He was told that this sword came from his own godly parent, and was left in his grandmother's care so that when the time comes that Lloyd has to defend himself and prove himself that he is worthy to be a rightful Roman demigod, he could use this weapon. It is shown to always be strapped in Lloyd's waist.

[ Octavian ] Lloyd once played a prank on Octavian, the camp's Augur, by naming his pet after him. His pet is a brown, male horse known for it's speed.
