Tao was originally from China. He was trained in wushu by a monk, then ran away from the temple after the master was shot and killed. It was at that point that he got into the street life. He did what he could to survive, his wushu coming in handy.

At one point, he was picked up by a famous gang and trained to handle guns, drugs, and whatever else was needed, and would pay. Then he realized what paid most; killing.

Hire him, and he'll kill anyone you want him to without leaving a trace. His sharp gaze is feared, and he's very wary of other people.
