I don't know if maybe you guys would ever come down this far to actually see this post, but if you do know that I'm here for you if you need help.

When I created this rp I knew that there would lways be a possibility of people needing some help in their personal lives, and possibly coming to me. I also knew that there was a possibility of this rp falling apart in a yr, maybe in a couple of months. The reason why I'm so worried is that the first ever rp I joined ( a tumlr one) fell apart not too long ago. When I first joined in like the summer, there was like 40 members, and everyone had talked to each other before, and knew each other personally, it was such a tightly knit family. But then in December, things fell apart. The new admins that came after the admins who created it had an argument which eventually led to almost half, if not more than half of the rp-ers leaving the rp. Not there's only about 10 ppl, 15 if we're lucky. I don't want this rp to fall apart because of some misunderstanding like that one, so if you need anything, or if anything in this rp upsets you, PLEASE tell me and I and the other admins will try to fix it as soon as possible, and in a way where everyone is happy. 

I know that eventually people will have to leave, whether it be personal reasons like school, or maybe because they've just lost interest, but if you're leaving because someone or something in this rp upset you, please let me know so I can prevent someone from leaving for the same reason.

I usully don't get this serious, especially on the internet but I felt like I should let people know why (if anyone's ever noticed) I say a lot to come to me for help. 

If you read through this whole thing then thanks, I really appreciate it. I appreciate you for taking time out of you busy lives to listen to a random teenage girl from quite possibly halfway around the world talk about her problems. 

I hope that after you read this message that you'll be able to understand me a little better, and hopefully I'll be able to grow as an admin from here and not make careless mistakes yet again. I really love you guys for joining this rp and I hope you'll be here until the end ^^
