The life of a princess from her birth is already planned out for her, she will have to play the part of one. Humbly obey the Emperor and Empresses orders. Im Jinah has evrything she wants and needs as she is the daughter of the Emperor. Jinah only has one wish, to explore the world around her, but by the emperor's orders, she cannot leave the imperial palace and gardens. Everywhere she goes, she is followed by Nursemaids, Guards, Escorts etc.

Jinah has a carefree, loud, curious and playful character, the opposite of what princesses are supposed to be. In front of anybody she has to be well-mannered and graceful. One day, she would like to meet people that would like her for who she is, not the 'princess' that most people know her as. The day she turned 20, many suitors waited in line for her, none of that she liked. She has the 'perfect life'. Who could ever ask for more?

At one of the most prestigious masquerade parties hosted by the emperor and empress, Jinah meets a charming masked man and falls in love. They dance the whole night and gets to know each other. When the clock strikes 12:00, everyone is meant to take off their masks and reveal their true identity. Instead, the beautiful stranger slips away and disappears among the crowd. Will they ever meet again? Will she ever know his true identity? Or will he remain as the beautiful stranger? 

Best friend’s from birth (1/2- male/female-Hara)

The Emperor and Empress’s friend from the other royal families. Jinah knows him/her since childhood and has been best friend’s ever since. Jinah trusts him/her with her life and they know everything about each other. They share secrets and gossip, they are best friends and forever they will be.

Princess and the Pauper (0/1- female)

The majestic willow tree that grew next to the imperial gardens is the only way Jinah can get out an explore the world around her. She would climb out and meet the pauper, that would wait for her every weekend when everyone and all guards are asleep. Jinah would have fun and bond with the pauper, but by dawn Jinah must return. Jinah knows, no way they are allowed to hangout together but they would have to try. What happens next?

Prince not-so-charming (1/1- male-Kai)

After many many of the rejected suitors, the emperor decides enough is enough and forces Jinah to be arranged in a marriage. Sure the prince had the brains, personality, the perfectly sculpted face and body… But does he have Jinah’s heart? Will Jinah get out of the engagement of will she find herself slowly developing feelings for the prince?
