Past

Born and raised into an athletic family, Minho's future was all planned out. He was going to be the biggest soccer player out there, along with his older brother, and that was what they all wanted. Minho trained everyday to be the best, and on the side played some basketball. During the summers, his older brother and him would go to soccer camp to improve their skills. Being so great at the sport and being fit from training all the time, Minho has caught many people's eyes and soon became a player. Juggling dating and sports wasn't that easy for him, so his father told him that he had to focus on one. Even though he enjoyed doing both, he chose sports  because that was something he always wanted to do and trained really hard for it.

When Minho turned eighteen, he ingured his  leg during a game of soccer with a couple of friends. Rushed into the emergancy room, the doctor told him that he couldn't play sports again. His whole light flashed before his eyes. Hearing the terrible news, the whole Choi family was upset. Minseok, Minho's older brother, was pushed into being a soccer player, even though he didn't want to continue anymore due to the fact that his younger brother couldn't join along. Minho felt guilty and tried his best to get better, but it was all useless.

At the age of nineteen, a detectiive found Minho sitting on a bench by himself, upset like usual, and asked Minho to help him out with a case. The criminal wasn't too far away, and Minho was the only person around, so he said he would. After successfully catching him and solving the case, the detective was really impressed by Minho's skills and took him under his wing. Minho's new found interest for detective work made him extremely happy and continued to work along side with the detective. Then, at the age of twenty, his leg healed, which the doctor was shocked to see, and his father was over joyed. He told his son that the dream of becoming a famous soccer player was possible again, but Minho turned it down and said that becoming a detective was something he liked more and wanted to continue, and now with a healed leg, it would be easier for him to chase the bad guys and do many other things.

Present

Minho is an indepentant detective now, after his partner got moved to China for a bigger case. He lives in an apartment, not very luxurious, and gets cases pretty often. Even though he has a lot of money, he prefers living in an apartment because he does have to travel often, and sees no point into buying a big house if he was never to be in it. To him, this was the life he prefered, even though there were many risks to his job.
