Park Sanghyun was born in Busan but soon had to move to the Philippines with his family. The first time the world would see him was on his older sister's show when she was staring out in the business, his appearances small as he portrayed a caring little brother supporting his noona whilst she was working hard to become and idol. He himself wished to become a soccer player but when his family moved back to South Korea after he'd finished secondary school, he soon pursued the same career path Dara had. He became good friends with IU and appeared in some of her music videos and home videos with her. In 2009 when he debuted with MBLAQ under the training of Bi Rain he became very popular for his baby face and similar looks to his now famous sister. The second youngest in the group, he has enhanced his skills in becoming a singer and rapper, dancing just as well as his fellow members because of training withone of his sister's old coaches. At twenty two years of age he's been a model, TV host, actor and featured on many shows with the rest of MBLAQ such as Sesame Player and Hello Baby, revealing his giggly and cute but caring sides towards his friends and family.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Although the second youngest, Sanghyun also has to act like one of the older ones whilst his hyungs try to match their age level, resulting in funny outcomes enough to make anyone cringe. Despite this, Thunder is cute and a bundle of joy despite his contrasting name. He can be y when he wants, he just rarely shows it or saves it for the stage. He looks up to his hyung Bi Rain the most and thanks him whenever he can for giving him the opportunity he has now and only wishes he could see more of him, but then the others do too. Sanghyun hasn't really ever fallen in love, idol life doesn't let him have the time for that and he always is ridiculously shy around new people but never fails to show his respect to them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Although the members sometimes argue, Sanghyun very much loves the other members as much as he loves his blood family, almost always doing exactly as he'd told unlesshe's taken to being mischievous for the day, then there's no hope as playful Thunder is out. With the release of their newest album, 'y beat' the twenty two year old is enjoying touring around with the four other men and is growing to like his pink hair as most fans love it. He misses his hyungs and Mir a lot and is often alone in the dorm,absorbed in video games or TV whilst he waits for them to return. The puppy Yunho gave to Cheondoong. His name is Yunyun and the young idol loves him very much, he's a constant reminder of the love of a man, a friend he will never lose no matter what. He can be found playing with the small puppy a lot of the time as well, cleaning up and training the cute dog who seems to be picking up his owner's cute habits.
