PARK JUN HO, OR MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS "SIMON" IS A GUARD AT THE 'DOME'. HE BELIEVES IN WHAT It STANDS FOR AND UNDERSTANDS WHY PEOPLE ARE SENT HERE. SIMON HIMSELF WAS DEEMED MORE THAN FIT TO LEAD A NORMAL LIFE, BUT UPON SEEING THE need for more analysts at the dome, he applied without hesitation.

as a child, simon was raised with the belief that not all people are 'worthy' to exist in our society. criminals, psychopaths, the mentally unstable. "all a waste of good space", his father would say.

simon was brought up by his twisted father who was also a guard at the dome. an avid supporter of what he referred to as the 'movement', he taught his only son to be unforgiving and unempathetic towards the "hindrances" to society.

judgemental, cruel, condescending.

those three words describe simon park without flaw. he is a carbon copy of his wicked father and shows no sympathy towards the residents of the dome. if you break a rule, or step out of line, he will not hesitate to put you back in your place.

'The Boy Next Door' [ Taken by Ukwon ]

Ukwon was Simon's next door neighbor growing up. With the way his father was, he wasn't allowed to have many friends. That which included, the boy next door. Yet despite his fathers threats he shared a secret friendship with him and grew to trust him. It isn't until many years later that he finds him again, in the dome of all places.

"What do you expect me to say to you?"

'Traitor' [ Taken by Yongguk ]

You were Simon's best friend. He told you everything. His stress about life, how he didn't understand his fathers ideals, but went along with it anyway. He trusted you with his deepest, darkest secrets. When he moved away, he lost contact with you but certainly never forgot about you. It isn't until several years later that he finds you again, but in the least likely of places. The Dome. You were sent here because you protested the creation of the Dome/ or assisted in an attempt to escape the dome. Simon is appalled that you'd help the 'scum of society' and cannot forgive you for such a deed. You two have a strained relationship now, what was once laughs and smiles has now turned into glares and scoffs. He no longer sees you as a friend, but instead a 'Traitor'

'Who are you Today?' [ Taken by Taemin ]

You are Simon's younger/older brother/sister. When you were children, you were the child who was overshadowed. The one constantly shunned due to your 'illness'. Yet you weren't sick at all, you had mutiple personality disorder. Despite his fathers orders to stay away from you, Simon spent as much time with you as he possibly could. He adored you and took care of you to the best of his abilities.

One day you lost control and your other personality took over and hurt Simon. Not quite understanding why you hurt him, Simon was devastated by the event. You and Simon's father, being the cruel man he was, sent you to the Dome without hesitation after that. 

"Which one are you today? I'm not in the mood to get beaten"

'A Little Game of Cat & Mouse' [ Open to Civilians or Domers M/F ]

You are what would be considered Simon's 'arch nemesis' in the Dome. You two are constantly 'at war' with one another and share a burning hatreds toward the other. You are constantly breaking rules and attempting escape whilst Simon foils your endeavors each and every time. You two have what would commonly be described as a 'cat and mouse' type of relationship. Simon being the cat, and well you being the mouse.

"Did you think you'd escape? Well, over my dead body you will"

'The Doctor is in' [ Open to Analyst (Psychiatrists/ Doctors) M/F ]

The Doctor who patched up Simon countless of times, you first met after he had been stabbed in the chest. The injury was caused by the hands of a refugee whom the guard unfortunately had to kill. The incident scarred the young guard. He didn't intend to kill the crazed male, but it happened none the less. Aside from helping Simon with his physical wounds, you also helped the mental ones as well.

Being the physician on call, you naturally needed to find out what had really occured in order to write up a proper report. Given Simon's history you automatically assumed he was one of those twisted analysts who enjoyed killing Domers. Once you heard the boys story your views on him changed drastically. Instead of a cold blooded manipulator, you realized that Simon was just a confused, devastated young man. Even though he wasn't trying to intentionally kill the psychotic boy, Simon still blames himself completely for the boys death. Deep inside, he feels like complete scum. He feels as though he is just as bad as the other people here. Immediately upon learning of Simon's true feelings, it struck a chord with you and ever since then you two have been friends.

You are Simon's closest and only confidant here at the Dome. You are the only one who knows of his dark secret aside from the higher ups, and you don't judge him for it. You check on Simon every now and then, scheduling appointments here and there to see how he's doing, never failing to ask him if he still thinks about the incident... and his response every time?

"Well Doc, I'm still as ed as I was the last time. Does that answer your question?"

'I Truly Am Sorry' [ Taken by B-Bomb ]

You are the sibling of the crazed boy who tried to kill Simon. You hate the very fiber of the guards being, blaming him 100% for your brothers untimely death. Simon has already apologized to you countless of times, but moments like this usually result in you telling the man off and furthering his guilt, or hitting him with something. Simon occasionally lets you off the hook when you break rules or step out of line, the guilt of killing your little brother too fresh in his mind. 

"I think about it even when my eyes are closed... A sin like this, cannot be forgotten.... or forgiven"

'I'll Show You The Ropes'  [ Open to Analysts ( Specifically Guards ) M ]

You are the new guard at the dome. You came for whatever reason it may be, and here you are now. Simon, the guard on duty was given the task of  'showing you the ropes' of being a guard. Simon is your higher up, being at the dorm longer than you he has already climbed through the ranks of the guards. He treats you with the same typical standoffish, cold attitude he does everyone else. You two have a typical chief and subordinate type of relationship. 

"You're the new kid right?"

'Your Accent is Showing' [ Open for Analysts, Domers, or Civilians of foreign descent (Non-Korean, or half Korean is ideal M/F)

You are a resident of the dome with a distinctly foreign accent. Usually you keep it well hidden, most people unaware of your impure Korean roots. It isn't until Simon makes his daily rounds, patrolling the residential area of the Domes that he sees you, or more specifically hears you. Hearing another person whom clearly Korean was not their native tongue, sparked an interest in the typically indifferent guard. For reasons that will never be known to Simon, he spoke to you. Only four words, but those words sparked a relationship between you two that pure Koreans wouldn't understand.

"Hey, your accent is showing"

'The Foreign Friend' [ Open for Analysts, Domers, or Civilians of foreign descent (Non Korean of Half Korean is ideal) M/F ]

After a long day of 'work' Simon decides to head to the liquor store. Hoping to pick up something to help him 'forget' the God awful events that took place earlier that day. As he's checking out he sees you, or better yet hears you. Aside from your drunken state, it isnt your disheveled hair, or strong smell that catches the males attention. It's your voice. The slightl accent in your voice catches Simons attention. Seeing that you're getting a bit too rowdy, Simon tells you that you need to go back to your dorm. What ends up happening ? Well you end up refusing to go; and with your drunken state Simon is at a loss of what to do. In the end, he begrudingly finds himself carrying you on his back all the way back to your dorm. 

"Aish... What a pain... Guess it can't be helped"

'元カノ(Moto Kano/ Ex Girlfriend)' [Open to Analysts, Domers, or Civilians of Japanese Descent (Half Japanese is fine also; or if your character lived in Japan at some point ) F]

You are Simon's ex girlfriend from the time he lived in Japan. He never really liked you (or anyone else for that matter), and you two were pretty much forced into a relationship by your families. Simon was always cold and unaffectionate towards you, and would be commonly referred to as an ' boyfriend'. You two broke up before he left Japan to return to Korea. After almost 8 years, he sees you again, in the Dome of all places. You two still share the same awkward relationship you did as teens, except this time the awkwardness is amplified due to the fact that you're both trapped here.

"Sore wa hontōni anatadesu?"

'Breaking Point' [ Open to a Domer or Civilian M/F ]

You are the one that made him snap. Pissed Simon off to the point of no return.Whether it be fighting, killing other residents, or simply toying with his mind. Your words/actions were the proverbial straw that broke the camels back. Naturally, Simon is a collected and professional guard...but not when you're around. You awaken a side of him he wish didn't exist. A part of ourselves we all have.

"You bring out the worst in me"

'Opposites Attack' [ Open to Domers, Civilians, or Analysts M ]

You are Simon's complete opposite. Instead of viewing the residents of the Dome as a hindrance to society(like he so vehemently does), you believe in redemption and 'second chances.' You two meet when Simon is about to punish a Domer for injuring another resident. You intervene and nearly get yourself bludgeoned to death by the angry mixed man, but ultimately save the person.  Now you end up having Simon perpetually annoyed with you and your 'blasphemous point of views.'

'You Understand Me' [ Open to Civilians M/F ]

You understand Simon. You share the same beliefs as he does, and are slightly simialr to him in mannerisms and characteristics. You two meet by chance at the Lake whilst one of you is sitting down, contemplating about life at the Dome. It is then that you two start talking and eventually get to know each others personalities, beliefs, and morals.

"You understand... Finally, someone who understands"
