Patient Name: Yusuke Hida

Patient's Age: 18

Disease/Symptoms: Dissociative identity disorder(At least 5 personalities at this point excluding the one he was born with), suffers from nightmares, and anxiety disorder in Yusuke himself and two of the other personalities

Backround of Patient himself: Yusuke had grown up being physically and ually abused by his bestfriend and his parents. He had an older brother once but he died from trying to protect Yusuke during one of sessions of abuse and became Yusuke's first personality that appeared, he was only 14 when this happened. From then on, he began to make new personalities that began to take over him. The main personality that controls him is known by the name 'Devil' which seemingly suits him well. At age 16, his parents nearly killed him with physical abuse making the authorities come in to take him away. After being taken away, he was sent to a doctor to check on him which reveal his disorders, the doctor that checked him first misdiagnosed him as a Schizophrenic before getting corrected. For two years, he was being moved from hospital to hospital because they couldn't handle the 'Devil's' 'personality' or behavior. At age 18, there were very few hospitals in the area that he hadn't been to and so, this hospital was their last chance to help Yusuke.

Position in Hospital: Patient though one of his personalities thinks she's a nurse.

ual Orientation: The male personalities are gay though the 'Devil' could care less who he beds and the female personalities are straight (In the end, they all like guys).

Personalities:

 Sora- Yusuke's dead older brother

Devil(Riku)- The strongest of the personalities whom most would prefer not to know or put up with.

Usagi- The happy-go-lucky girl whom thinks she's a nurse

Kimiko- The youngest of the personalities and has love of her very frightening looking doll. She also suffers from anxiety

 Mako- The oldest of the female personalities and is one of the personalities with anxiety issues
