"It's like seeing anything and everything at once, it's confusion and chaos, and it brings a pain that I have never experienced before. Seeing the past is a burden that I never wanted."

Before the meteor, Myungsoo had been a relatively normal kid that liked manga and photography and did well in classes like languages and mathematics. Not very popular with others, especially since being on the mathletes was a sure way to not be liked by some kids, especially bullies, Myungsoo lived an okay life. 

However, when strange things started happening around school, things that scared and sometimes intrigued him, Myungsoo didn't know what to think. But when he starts seeing things, things that aren't there but have obviously happened before, Myungsoo knows that's just the beginning of the end. Because as time goes on and other kids start developing powers and the officials at school seem to know nothing of what is happening around them, Myungsoo's powers start to get worse by the day. School becomes a torture as his mind is bombarded with images and events he didn't even want to see, never wanted to see in his life.

And the only way to stop the images, at least for a little while, are to wear a set of black gloves. But the damage has been done, because the relatively normal kid that he was is gone as his innocence is slowly stripped away.
