   The Story Only You Didn't Know.   

Sick of her promiscuous mother and alcoholic-abusive of a father, Jieun emancipated from her parents at the age of 16 and went off to live on her own, in hopes to pursue her dreams as becoming a singer. Dropping out of school and dedicating time solely to her future music career, Jieun worked hard--even singing at subway stations and nightclubs for practice and to get her name out there. Even making a stage name of IU up for herself, when time for auditions came, Jieun gave it her all, only to be slapped back in the face with a series of negative criticism and feedback from true musical professionals. Feeling hopeless and utterly crushed, Jieun quit her ambition of being a singer. Now, she holds a job at one of the higher-end casinos downtown, working the graveyard shift as a waitress in the casino's nighclub, to support herself and make a living.

 

 Personality.   - Sociable and friendly, Jieun is a bright and optimisitic person. However, at the same time, she's quite naive, and this flaw often gets her into troubling situations.
