Big friendly giant.
Okay, so he isn't a giant but he is certainly friendly. Towering over most people at a height of 186cm, Chanyeol is easily noticeable. His height is the main reason why he's a kingka, for he is easily spotted. His personality also helps, seeing how he is one of the few humans at the top of the social ladder in the school. Chanyeol almost always has a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eyes. If not for his obvious lack of wings, most would misidentify him as an angel instead of a human. His good looks certainly boosts his popularity as well.
However, there is more to Chanyeol than meets the eye. In a world of lies and deceit, he has learned from a tender age that a smile is the easiest way to hide what one is truly feeling. While there are times that Chanyeol truly feels happy, he often puts on the face that everybody recognizes for fame and popularity. Because of his looks and nature, he gains the trust of others easily. People confide in him and there will come a day when he will not hesitate to spill whatever he needs to to advance.
However, there is more to Chanyeol than meets the eye. In a world of lies and deceit, he has learned from a tender age that a smile is the easiest way to hide what one is truly feeling. While there are times that Chanyeol truly feels happy, he often puts on the face that everybody recognizes for fame and popularity. Although Chanyeol makes an effort to play nice, some things get on his nerves from time to time. Chanyeol dislikes the geeks because he finds them boring. He hangs out with the same group of people all the time and he will not spare the other cliques a glance if not for the image he had to upkeep. As it is, Chanyeol tries his absolute best not to have anything to do with them. In spite of that, Chanyeol dislikes flirts and he gravitates towards the quiet ones more than he realizes. There is a lapse between who Chanyeol thinks he is and who he actually is and Chanyeol has to eventually recognize that.
PLOTS:
I - no age/gender preference/made for a geek. Most would say that Chanyeol is an easygoing guy and doesn't hate anybody but they have clearly not seen Chanyeol interact with this person. Person knows Chanyeol from his past and has knowledge of things Chanyeol doesn't want to remember. This person is one of the two people who knows what Chanyeol truly desires and what his ulterior motives are, perhaps better than Chanyeol himself. Person goes out of person's way to annoy Chanyeol. Not necessarily a bad person and doesn't have to dislike Chanyeol; person might just enjoy watching Chanyeol squirm. *further plotting required
II - male/no age preference. These two together forms the troublemaking pair. While Chanyeol is nice to his peers, he holds no regards for rules nor studies and has a penchant for skipping classes and the occasional pranking on teachers and students. This person will be his partner in crime. While most might identify these two as a pair, however, they just hang out together and don't confide in each other much.
III - male/same age. The unexpected pair. This is the shadow behind Chanyeol's brightness in the sense that reminds Chanyeol of how the world is and how Chanyeol functions. This person is Chanyeol's confidante; the only person that Chanyeol trusts with all his heart in the entire world. He is Chanyeol's anchor as well as a reminder to be true to who he is and not to get lost in the race to the top, to never lose sight of what's important. Taken by Hongbin.
IV - female/preferably older or same age. Women. Chanyeol doesn't hang out with females much and this person proves to him that his choice is correct. They had a brief history together in the sense that she confessed to Chanyeol. However, she did not take the rejection very well and deliberately makes his life into a living hell. She flirts with him knowing that he doesn't like it to the point of occasionally forcing herself on him. There is the possibility that she doesn't just do it for grudge and revenge. Who knows?
V - female/no age preference/human. Childhood friends, they used to be extremely close. However, time and differing ideals pulled them apart and he hasn't met her for several years until she entered this academy and he sees her one day. They are struck by the people they have become. Maybe she is like him, maybe she isn't. What's clear is that these two remind each other of what it was like to be young and carefree, to be unburdened by the chores that come with growing up.
VI - female/no age preference/queenka. Even a nice guy needs someone to to, a woman after his own heart. This girl is as scheming as he is, albeit a little more explicit. They may talk and they may chat but no way in hell do they trust each other. They tap into each other's wells of information but they are always on the lookout for betrayal, be it from each other or the third party. Bad influence alert!
VII - multiple slots open to all. Sometimes, there would be people who don't give a about Chanyeol and refuse to put up with his nonsense. The people whose walls cannot be breached by Chanyeol. Chanyeol makes it a point to wear them down slowly, gain their trust and learn their secrets so that he can exploit them when the time comes. Plotting and cooperation and mutual understanding of where our characters stand with each other is extremely important for this.
VIII - male/no age preference. Chanyeol likes to think of him as an underling. This guy is someone who likes to prank others and Chanyeol decided to make use of him to gather information about other people and this guy, seeing it as an outlet for his energy, allows Chanyeol to give him instructions at least for a little while. IX - female/same age/geek. They correspond via emails and letters and messages written on small slips of paper. What started off as an angel and mortal game in their sophomore year developed into a beautiful friendship between two unlikely people. *she may or may not like him romantically.
X - male/preferably older/flirt. He hates his guts, he hate his too. The hatred between these two runs way deeper than the highway to hell. Chanyeol hates flirts and the way they seem to feed off the feelings of others without consideration for the consequences. The one person that Chanyeol doesn't hide his dislike for, and the fact that this guy stole a girl from him before doesn't help matters...
XI - no gender preference/no age preference. Only one person has an edge over Chanyeol and that is this guy. One day, this person chanced upon Chanyeol's phone and found out about Chanyeol's secrets which he hid in his phone. Since then, Chanyeol has learned but this person does not let him go, hounding him day after day, gleeful that he knows something about the Mr Nice Guy that everybody seems to adore. Everybody except this person, obviously. Chanyeol obeys this person just for the sake of his cover and image but one day, he will get his revenge. He will make sure of it.
Please keep in mind that the plots here are the stepping stones for my character to grow and they might not fit your character entirely. We can always discuss to tweak them or come up with new ones to suit your character. If you ever need help with plotting or you need to roleplay something that's essential for your character development, please do not hesitate to ask if there is anything you would like me to do within my character's limitations.
