with choi jinri, what you see is not what you get. innocent and harmless on the outside but ruthless and lethal on the inside. due to her seemingly pure image, she is nicknamed the templar princess. she is the secret weapon of the templars, being someone who could easily present herself with minimal threat yet switch into someone who would murder without even a second thought in a mere second. born into a family of templars, her parents weren't the type who spoiled her rotten. she learned to fend for herself, teaching herself how to fight at a young age. it came in especially useful when a group of three assassins raided her family's house, taking everything they could - including the life of her little brother, jinwon. the assassin held him up against the wall with a knife at his neck, and before jinri saw her arrow lodge itself into the man's chest, the knife had done its job. so while her parents finished off the other two assassins, jinri cried over her little brother, clutching at his throat, and tried to tune out the sounds of him gurgling his own blood. her hatred for the assassins never ceased to grow, and although she knew there had to be some good assassins out there, she avoided acknowledging that fact simply for the death of her little brother, the one who mattered most to her. jinri has a horrible temper, one that almost nobody can keep in check. she's one who is willing to self-sacrifice for those that she loves, but becoming one of those people is a feat in itself. jinri is the queen of deceit, even in her personality. she's not 'cold' - upon first meeting, depending on who you are, she will either treat you with utmost friendliness or absolute apathy. however, 9 times out of 10, she probably couldn't care any less about you. her personality can be viewed as being y, but she really just doesn't trust anybody easily. that trait is hidden by her deceit, and as a result, there are almost no living souls who know the real choi jinri. she doesn't mind it too much though. the game of pretending is more amusing than the dull monotone of reality, and it's not like she cares ... she's used to being lonely anyways.
