he was born in a small family that had lived just outside of town, the family was poor but was able to get on with their daily lifes. kyungsoo's father had died when he was only 4 and his mother had to take care of him and his other siblings, 3 including himself.  when he had finally turned 18, d.o was sent a letter to come and move to korean for a record job. the job didn't last long but he had enough money to send to his mother when she ill and wasn't able to keep up with the bills. kyungsoo stayed home and helped her till she was back on her feet. he was 20 when he had decided to move on and go work back in korean with his own bar business.
