Glacia is the Snow Queen that resides in Issenfell - the Ice castle on the ninth floor. Her beauty has been preserved by the icy powers she holds, but in legend there will always be an ice queen, even if one dies.

DESCRIPTION

Glacia, or better known as either the Ice Queen or the Snow Queen is a simply a girl who is tortured by the powers she posesses. Her powers have grown so much that the castle that she lived in as a child has frozen to ice and everyone left except for her. She creates ice servants and soldiers to help keep her occupied and healthy and she never ages. The only thing that will save an ice queen is death herself. When she's frightened or upset, her powers go out of control and that is what causes the problems for the villagers who call her frightening and wretched. In reality, she's just misunderstood. 

But here's the thing. There will always be an ice queen. If one dies, another is born from the dust and shards of the old. So how does the village expect to be free from their reigns?
