District 10 born, Mir has attempted to put his past behind him. Being a tribute in two games and experiencing things he had never expected to have done when in his quaint, little, farmer house with his older sister and best friend, mir treasures the stability he has, surprisingly, found in the Capitol he once despised. After having been forced through losing and regaining his memories and the horrors of the games, he has been deemed as schizophrenic and requires to take pills to keep it at bay. Being loyal to the Capitol was something that Mir never expected to be, given his moral beliefs he had been so sure about. Yet Mir feels like he needs to stay in the Capitol to survive through his mental instability. He also feels that he needs to repay Minho, now his best friend, after he helped Mir out of the arena in his darkest moment and brought him to a place of a escape where he would never have to enter the arena again. Despite his mental illness, however, mir still retains his bright and funny outlook on life and it is rare to find him when he isn't making sarcastic and playful jokes.
