Joon is able to project his voice to far distances without it being detectable to a certain point. Joon is also good at close combat fighting with a sword or with knives but isn't too shabby when using a spear at long range.

Joon has a terrible fear of heights, climbing isn't really his strong suit. He really need to be provoked to climb, it's a difficult task that many have given up on. He also has uncontrollable anger which makes him crazy and blinds him to what's really important. For that, many call him the "Asian Hulk".

He is very cocky! He has the largest ego and it scares most people to see how much he loves himself and bases a lot of his quality on his looks. Behind that large ego of his, he's actually a really nice guy who is easy to get along with. He's fun and has a happy-go-lucky attitude but you dare touch his hair and well he is Asian hulk and hulks smash. Joon is sensitive and sweet when needed but he can also be deathly and threatening. Joon's childhood filled him with longing of love so he does what he can to find it.

Joon grew up in a nice part of District 1, far from any slum. His parents owned a flower shop in which they made all their money when Joon wasn't there he was often in school acing classes, with his best friend, or in the Capitol. When Joon's best friend died in the games Joon spent too much time in the capitol and only returned home late at night. His parents had abandoned him as their child and they often treat him only as a worker. His mom would sometimes show signs of caring. He was their only son but there wasn't any love shown in that house so he would spend days at his friend house. His best friend, Seungho, was the mayor's son and because Joon spent most of his time with them as a child he would often visit the capitol and meet with President Snow.

As years passed Snow grew to like Joon and would treat him as a son as well, because of this Joon was almost always in the capitol and dreamed of never leaving Joon had become the capitols #1 symbol and got tons of love from the capitol ladies there were often rumors of girls leaving Joon’s house after spending the night and leaving in the same cloths this made Joon a little embarrassed and showing a cute then dangerous side to him would drive the capitol girls crazy. he enjoyed the attention and had become great at his " job " but he still always loved working at the flower shop and still does he often hums when working but never really sings because when he does it projects and everyone stares he wasn't comfortable with this so he always kept his voice a secret even from the capitol.
