Jun Jin is a strange Domer, even among those with mental illnesses and heinous crimes. He was stolen from his birth parents as an infant, raised by a rich couple as a literal animal. The child was made to sleep with the dogs in a different room of the house, cared for by maids and a golden retriever as a mother. They even went so far as to sharpen his canines and put a collar around his neck. Jun Jin was never taught to speak, only learning basic human tasks so he wasn't completely dependent on others.
It was around the age of 16 that the reason became clear of why he was raised like this. His "parents" started selling his body to rich customers that came to the house many times. Jun Jin never said anything against this as he didn't understand what was going on. The attention was enough to make him content as he let the customers do whatever they wanted with him.
At the age of 19 however, one customer managed to hurt Jun Jin pretty bad. His owners didn't like that the boy had been treated as such, and when the man came back a few weeks later they had trained him to kill. That event was the one which claims Jun Jin's murder charges. Murdering a man unknowingly with his teeth. As the couple didn't want any news leaking out about this event they stopped selling Jun Jin and covered up the murder quite easily. Only a few times after that did they sell Jun Jin again to make a quick and easy profit. However, somehow news of their dirty deeds made it to the police and the couple was thrown into the Dome. Jun Jin himself was also to be put in the Dome under charges of murder and ion, though he hadn't been aware of either. Those in the room assumed he had kept the "pet play" act from bedroom to court and declared him unhealthy in the mind.
Even so, Jun Jin was still given an owner in the Dome, a guard that doesn't seem to like him very much. As this is the case, Jun Jin often manages to run away from the guard and leisurely makes his way around to meet other people. With a collar on his neck his entire life, to have it taken away would be disastrous for both himself and those around him. He can't function properly unless he feels the familiar weight of it over his collarbones.

The face you make when you're frustrated causes a laugh to bubble up in his throat and you throw your hands up in defeat. Guess you'll have to find a different way to tell him you love him.
