All he had wanted was to get some time for himself, he had left Busan in the hope of getting his family members to stop reminding him of that day..The day he lost his parents in the fire.
It had been a normal day, like any other one. He had went to school, gotten his cheesecake at the cafe close to his school and then he went home, only to see fire, fire everywhere.
To be honest he wasn´t even able to recall that much of what happened after he ran into the house, only that he faded once he found his dead mother, burned by the stairs and the only thing he remembered was how someone carried him out.
The next day he woke up in hospital, alone, no one had come to check on him, no one was there. Only a few hours passed until the police showed up, telling him that his parents were dead, asking him questions and telling him that they had informed his grandparents so that they would take him with them.
He spent 2 years living with them, two years in hell until he finally turned 18 and was able to run away, not bothering to tell them where he was going to, not that they would have cared in the first place. Now he was here,in a new city and hopefully a new life.
While he is currently living in an abandoned garage he is determined to find a job, get some money and finally be able to live like anyone else.
Every single day I find myself addicted to the euphoria of knowing that someone else's life is in my hands. Gamble with fate and emerge victorious each time because all this is simply a game to me and so I dare. Nothing and no one can stop me so don't bother trying. Right or wrong does not exist and recklessness is the way to live.
