Although occasionally, and unintentionally, negligent of minor details, Seunggi devotes himself wholeheartedly to Yoona's commands, neither skeptic nor dubious of her intentions. He trusts easily and openly but confides to none, preferring to silently shoulder his burdens and those of others, magnanimous and generous though not without contempt. His ideal persona is one of selfless consideration and virtuous deeds – a paradigm that continually eludes him, much to his own frustration. Suppressing his insecurities and desires, Seunggi evades doubt through disarming smiles and feigned ignorance, often laughing off concern and reassuring others, and sometimes himself, of his stability. He wants nothing more than to be a figure of loyalty and trust, desiring acceptance but despising his dependence upon people for personal success or happiness – a contradictory truth he's yet to accept. However, his sincerities are not falsities and Seunggi genuinely cares about people, surprisingly perceptive about motivations and moods, emotions and unsaid thoughts, reading the atmosphere as effortlessly as his beloved stars. Strongly influenced by his emotions and premonitions, Seunggi appears absent-minded and oblivious despite his dedication and attentiveness to his assigned responsibilities – a slow uptake indemnified by immaculate results, seeking approval in his accomplishments.

Background: Fortune had surrounded Seunggi since birth, born an only child into a supportive and appreciative family – a sole representation of the successive generation to pamper and spoil, surrounded by attentive ears and eyes, guided by sturdy hands and instructive fingers, embodying the hopeful expectations of his relatives to attain greatness. In his youngest years, Seunggi obediently complied to their suggestions and requests until the fateful discovery of astrology on a lethargic afternoon – a slender, paperback book in pristine condition, tucked between textbooks, detailing the intricacies and significance of stellar divination. His father dismissed the concept as ridiculous superstition and, only through his mother's support, could Seunggi cultivate his fascination for the stars and their abstruse relation to fate; a concept as elusive and enigmatic as midnight itself. He became captivated by constellations, memorizing astrological signs and personal inferences, identifying star patterns and moon phases, bundling up in pajamas and blankets and crawling out onto the balcony each night to stargaze, to forget the next morning and systematically attend school. A smile, a kiss to either cheek, a burdensome backpack and notebook margins scribbled full of constellations and nebulas, scaled approximations of celestial activity and animated astrological signs. This systematic routine succeeded and flourished; Seunggi endured repetition and assumption for personal freedom, negligent of caution at an age too young for paranoia. He hadn't foreseen failure.

His life changed as abruptly as before, awakening one morning to unkempt blankets and a lucent sunrise, brisk morning air stinging at the tears trailing shameless down his cheeks – memories recent, raw and petrifying of a hyper-realistic nightmare. Haunted by grotesque night terrors, Seunggi suffered excruciating pain the more lucid the apparitions became, unable to be diagnosed due to an unidentifiable cause. Alienated from social interactions, Seunggi refused to acknowledge the alarming accuracy to his hallucinations, feigning ignorance even as all his visions had been realized. He attempted to suppress premonition, reacting naturally in a desperate attempt to assimilate himself and belong. His supernatural abilities to sense general happenings prompted peculiar habits and his abnormal reaction time caused others to estrange him further, failing even normalcy as people discredited his seemingly manic predictions and hysterical warnings. Another miscalculation and Seunggi transferred to another school for secondary school, seeking an ordinary teenager experience. Rigorously practicing restraint and training to delay reaction, refrain thought, Seunggi maintained an average persona, curling up alone and afraid when tremors tore through his body and chills swept across feverish skin, dismissing migraines as sleep deprivation and nausea as food poisoning. His life had become a precarious lie but Seunggi had little energy for an alternative.
