Background
Being like this isn't always what he wanted. A simple hello or a sorrowful goodbye. This wasn't the life he wanted. It wasn't always so easy for him. Losing his parents because they were sent to prison for child abuse, leaving him an orphan. All he wanted was someone to love, and someone to return his feelings. Everyday felt like rain but all he needs is his sunshine. Wondering all his life why he became this person. A person who was not him. Someone who was happy and cheerful, a person who puts other's happiness first before his. That wasn't him. It isn't him.

He didn't want to be gay. It just happened. He tried so hard to prevent his liking for men to increase, but he failed, leaving his aprents disgusted about his uality. the court doesn't know this, but kyungsoo has also been by his own father, torturing him for being gay. the scars on his body showed that he failed at being strong, and resulted to crashing down and burning. he wanted nothing more than a family to love him no matter what, but he guesses you can't have everything you want in the world. he should be punished. he doesn't deserve to live.

Being an orphan in the past, Kyungsoo knows the struggles the young people had with living without their parents. Maybe, that’s why he became a caretaker. Maybe that’s why he understands. He lived a fairly good life in the orphanage before, and he was even adopted by a caretaker. That person made promises to him that soon were broken, and now he is living independently, helping these young children get through their lives with as much happiness as possible. No way, in his mind is he going to let them fall apart.

Personality
Ever since moving out and living independently, Kyungsoo had kept to himself, and he didn’t trust people as much anymore. All the bits and pieces of trust and secrets he was kind of willing to let someone know disintegrated and he’s become an introvert, and quite a cold caretaker. Despite this, he cares about the younger orphans, and he shows affection to them every once in a while by bringing them some food from town. He’s a person who will take care of you whether you are a caretaker or an orphan. Just make sure to get your attitude together around him.
