Storm.
Storm comes from a straight laced family. His family was very much a fan of routine and discouraged curiosity and new things, even though his family was a mix of a little bit of everything, like Native American and Latino on his mother’s side and a father who was half white and half Hawaiian Native. So yeah, basically he was some kind of Latin Asian American. People normally only labeled him as either or. Asian sometimes from his looks, and Latino from his first name. With such a mixed up identity, who else would have such an aptitude to find a place? He let his younger brother excel and bring home science fair trophies and honor roll awards. Storm spent most of his time finding where he belonged. Moving to Las Vegas after living in drab small time Washington was exactly the step it took for him to just be himself. He had endured one year at the local college with his parents to appease them, and finally was able to get out on his own. Stumbling across this underground world was the last thing he expected, but it seems it might be interesting.
Storm is someone who you will never forget. He speaks his mind and isn’t afraid to let his opinions be heard. Even so, he has a problem picking fights he can’t handle. But if you’re his friend, he’ll be loyal to you whole-heartedly. Oh, was it mentioned that he’s inevitably flamboyant?
