In the conventional sense, Jeon Jeongguk lacks any and all morality.
At a glance, he looks friendly enough. He can be charming, occasionally childish, even sweet at times, and, they say, he's from a rich family. Although he is an adoptive son, people assume that he can't have had a bad upbringing in such an esteemed household.
Behind his smile and seemingly personable demeanor, Jeongguk is something of a sociopathic madman. Sadistic, brutal, and apathetic, he hardly gives a damn about his own life, let alone the lives of others. He often spends his free time drawing all the water out of small animals and watching them slowly shrivel to their deaths. Humans are no different; to Jeongguk, the only difference between people and animals is that Im Yoona would be saddened if he killed a person.
And she's the only reason he stays in line. Jeongguk treats the Student Council leader with so much devotion that it borders on worship. He will do anything at all to make her happy.
