Katsumi's life was painted gray up until she had been thrown on a god damn island to fight for her life. katsumi was by no means average-- she was asocial, silent, reserved, and whenever approached, hostile and blunt. she grew up in a place where being a goody-two shoes just didn't work out. she grew up wary of her surroundings, wary of trust. in a city where living conditions were harsh, there was a need for money and betweek katsumi and her dropout brother, neither had the potential for a job. her only family member turned to earning dirty money. but really, as long as kazuna made sufficient, evaded the police, and most importantly, stayed alive, katsumi was okay with it. he was nineteen when he joined while katsumi was fourteen. kazuna stayed safe and he rose amongst his gang, earning more money to support both him and his sister. her brother became everything to her, not only her brother but her best friend and father-figure. and then one day she woke up and he wasn't beside her. and katsumi's world went black.
〈 ⋮ LUNACY
with her brother to take care of and herself when her brother was gone doing dirty business, katsumi has had no time for her social life or her school life. she grew to become accustomed to being isolated and became independent and self-sufficient. however, thrown into a world of disarray and forced to become accustomed to the killings around her, katsumi was exposed to a world worse than her brother's. on the island, katsumi had but one purpose: to kill. to kill so she could return to her brother. to kill so she could live. not only did katsumi become accustomed-- she began to get used to the shrill screams of her victims as she shot a bullet to their flesh and bone and learned to love it. sadistic, tortorous, apathetic, merciless, provocative in more ways than one. katsumi is not beyond unorthodox methods to save her life, and in fact, she prefers such methods. cunning and manipulative, and due to that, wary to trust others herself. extremely exclusive, katsumi is arrogant and feels she deserves only the best.
〈 ⋮ DELUSION
katsumi is well-aware of her capabilities. taught to fight by her brother but with absolutely no experience, once katsumi adjusts she can be a lethal force in the br act, being one of the few people with an extent of training. she knows how to a gun and wield knives and daggers, blades of the sort. with her light frame, she is also agile in combat so in the case she is caught in close distance, she has not only combat skills, but agility. katsumi has a strong will and is not easily fazed by mishaps and chaos, nor is she fazed by blood and gore. she has the ability to keep a leveled mindset in situations. katsumi is cunning, manipulative, and bluntly stated, looks like she's out of grade school. she uses that well to her advantage when the situation calls for it. due to her brother being a gang member and unable to turn to the officials in times of need, katsumi was the one to treat to his wounds and has basic knowledge of medicine.
〈 ⋮ PANIC
being rather unexposed to people beyond school, katsumi has a decent at best immune system, to go along with that, katsumi is solely focused on killing, not getting herself killed, and not starving or thirsting to death. therefore, cleanliness is something she tends to forget and katsumi is prone to sickness. it's also proved that katsumi has mercy for siblings in alliances, due to her memories of her and her brother's relationship. due to her exclusivity, katsumi is also unable to make allies and friends, therefore has been venturing the island alone. in contrast to that, katsumi has a fear of dying alone and seeks compnaionship, yet simultaeneously fears that before she dies, she'll lose her companion, therefore being abandoned and alone once more. due to this, katsumi is wary of both trust and companionship. also, katsumi, while being agile, has too much of a light frame to be forceful. in the case she runs out of bullets or is disarmed, chances of katsumi faring in a fight with someone who's moreso forceful than her are slim. katsumi also suffers from anemia, which is why she prefers to use a gun and throwing knives/daggers rather than close combat, which may excessively exhaust her if she gets into too many fights in a certain period of time and cause her to pass out.
