BACKGROUND
Daehyun was born into a loving family, but he was the only child. His parents were famous bakers and Daehyun eventually learned how to appreciate the art of baking, although he already loved food. When he was 5 years old, he got the news that he had a baby sister on the way. His mother was pregnant, and all 3 of them couldn't be any happier. Daehyun was glad he had a sister coming. He'd protect her from boy's and everything else that meant harm. However, on his 6th birthday, he was involved in a car crash with his parents. The car they were in tumbled, broke through a fence and plummeted down a cliff before landing into a raging river. Daehyun had serious injuries but when he woke up from a 6 month coma, he discovered that his parents died trying to save him. At first, the hospital reacted by trying to send him to a foster home but his uncle swooped in and said that he would be Daehyun's care taker. However, his uncle was rich and was never home - always out on business - leaving Daehyun with is new maids and a personal butler.
Daehyun eventually went to college for cooking and opened up a famous and successful restaurant that was also a bakery shop. He creates his own dishes along with other Korean dishes and offers American cuisines as a special. Often, for dessert, he displays his baking items on the menu or the customers could easily walk to the bakery at the left and buy some of the things he baked that werent on the menu.

PERSONALITY
Ever since Daehyun lost his parents, he was quiet and didn't talk much. He gave little to no expression but his actions said the opposite. Daehyun would often volunteer at homeless shelters to help cook food and whatnot, or he'd volunteer at foster homes to play with the kids. The kids loved him, even though he never spoke, he had a kind aura. Daehyun chose to rekindle the times he had wit his parents by baking, which is why he went to major in cooking. Although baking is his specialty, he enjoys cooking as well and often cooks dinner for the foster kids. In other words, he spends a lot of his time volunteering to help people, which is why he is very well known as a kind but lonely man.
