Every light in the night flickered in and out. Every bone in my back shivered up and down. Every voice in my head shouted 'yes' and 'no'. Every freight train of thought fought to stop and go.
biography
Leeteuk grew up too fast. Or in a sense, he's never had a childhood, which would explain his cheery disposition despite his age. He's almost like a child in a man's body. His smiles look almost completely innocent unless you're the type who can tell they're fake. The way he walks and talks seems too childish for him but that's just the way he is. Leeteuk was robbed of his childhood early on and learned what it meant to survive on your own. He grew up in the cold, having been taken away to some place in Russia where he was tested and trained to become a special soldier (he was taken around the age of 9, or at least he thinks so. he can't remember much before his parents and siblings were murdered and he was kidnapped). Put into an environment where he was denied freedom for what he wanted, and deprived of love, he turned into something else. An unstable child-minded man an odd fondness for pipes and sunflowers. He currently lives in South Korea, his homeland, in a small apartment at the edge of some busy city. Everyone around that sees him knows him as the happy-go- lucky, innocent minded man (albeit a bit weird since he's always wearing a scarf no matter what season). Sometimes he goes in and out of speaking Korean and Russian but he doesn't mind. To this day he still works for the Russian government as a paid killer, his apartment being more like a home base than an actual home since he's always going in and out of the country on jobs. No one would even guess the bloody, dangerous and secretive work he does behind the scenes, because even though he does it, he still has that undeniable childishly innocent air about him (thought sometimes he seems creepy when demanding for something). He doesn't approach people himself, but if spoken to he will reply. Although it may seems contradictory as well, Leeteuk doesn't very well like his job. He actually wants to open a flower shop but he can't get out of the government's clutches. Leeteuk also dreams of making friends but because he's just entirely too intimidating or creepy, no one really wants to be his friends, which leaves him utterly alone. His scarf (navy blue) that he never takes off, was originally made by his older sister, and he still wears it to this day.
