Woohyuk was abadoned right after his birth when it was revealed that he wasn't the true cub of his 'Mother's mate. They were both disgusted, having been unassuming the whole time so they left him in the middle of a snowy forest. Though a merciful pack found him and took him in, raising him up as if he was one of their own. He was always warned to never wander off too far but he was stubborn, and did it anyway. After being attacked by an angry mother bear, he tried hopelessly to find his way back but unknowingly traveling farther into another's territory before he was found and taken in to recover. Being traumatized by the event, he lost most of his earlier memories, forgetting about his former pack and his childhood. So he stayed with the new pack, thinking they were the ones who had taken care of him since he was a cub.
