James never really knew where he fit in on the spectrum of being an alpha because of his status of being a rogue. Yes he was possessive, but not like some who were so fiercely that they'd like anyone who was ten feet within their mate; he wasn't dominant to be point of forcing those in submission by humiliation; nor he was so confident to the point of just about challenging any alpha that disagreed with him, but never the main. He fell right about the middle, he considers himself a median. Even after he stumbled upon a certain territory that nearly got him killed, but proved himself to be a worthy addition to the pack, he was still relatively the same. James is the quiet and neutral type; he can friendly and polite, but only when absolutely necessary. He'll only enforce his dominance when he feels he isn't given the respect he deserves, besides that he won't bite. Those who are close to James know he has a compassionate heart and is a bit stubborn with a pinch of blunt rudeness; although, he doesn't make much of an effort to mask his rudeness with those below him in the ranks.
