Intelligence.

They say intelligence makes you crazy. Makes you foolish. At a young age, Seung Ho thought that it was the most stupid thing his father told him. Intelligence was everything. Someone could attain perfection. It was right, wasn't it? With intelligence, someone can be sucessful. Someone can have enough money in the bank that he need not to check the price in the menu board. Intelligence can get someone somewhere. Somewhere high, above the dirt that he steps on everyday. He wanted that. He wanted power. He lusted for power. He lusted for what money could give him, what his brain can offer him. He lusted for those and they were wrong to say he lusted for his sister. 

They say he didn't get much love from his father. Or his mother. He didn't get much love from his parents that he decided to show it to his sister instead. Lust, love. Boy problems, others would say. Though he had done a mistake. A mortal sin. ual relations in the family was not to be. 

But they were wrong. 

It wasn't just because of his ual needs. Never. It never was because of his needs. 

Or maybe...

It was his need for the light. For love.

And his sister's.

Their desperation for each other's warmths, each other's care. Each other's hugs that spoke better than the words "I'm here" or "I'm never going to leave." The nights they spent together, looking at each other's eyes as they went to sleep. How the earth did not pause to him in, to continue to him in and all he thought was he lived to reach the top when the black hole underneath was pulling him down. His sister was there. In all her beautiful glory, he missed to realized how much he would have been envied by her suitors. Whenever she was close to him, all he thought was how his heart weighed, how he wanted her. How he must have wanted her. 

Their little exagerated need for care, they said. And it was their parent's fault, they said. 

She wanted him too. She wanted him even though he was close to being crazy. She wanted him even thoguh he was the cause of her bruises. A crazy child. Tempered. A monster. A monster that only wanted her inside, nothing else. It was only a 'they said' to her. Seung Ho was an angel that she wanted. An angel that she needed. He was the only one who understood her, the one who seemed not to live without her. Someone who was the galaxy to her star. 

Their parents forced his Bae Joohyun to marry, and despite the marriage, they still met secretly. If two stars were going to collide, it was only the black hole that was going to combine them and let them disappear.
