So... hey guys. I mean, girls. Moms. Whatever. I've been here, alone, for like, two weeks now, and honestly, it's getting boring. I mean, I know I should be grateful of what I have, but it doesn't compare to what it would be like if you guys were here. Who else am I supposed to tell my sarcastic jokes to?

Amy. Hey, um. I really miss you. You were one of my only friends and I can't believe you're gone. We didn't even get to say bye, or anything, like they do in the movies. I only felt like myself when I was with you, and now that you're gone, I'm just... I don't know. I wish you were here. Never mind.

Flappy Bird is the worst game of all time. I don't know what possessed me to download this in the first place. I need some way to entertain myself, so after I call my moms, I play one game of Flappy Bird. Yesterday, I got to 399. Guess what I got today. 398. Ugh, what the hell.

Guess who doesn't have a phone anymore? The guy I just took this one from. What an , right? He came into my safe house and demanded that I leave, or he would kill me or whatever. Like, dude, I'd be willing to share it with him, but he was a total jerk, so never mind. I actually don't know where he went. He pulled out a knife on me so I pulled out this big- gun. It's really big, and I don't even know how to use it, but he still ran away, so yay, I guess. At least I have another phone.

I have honestly never been more bored in my entire life. This place is pretty much a sanctuary, but I'm going to go crazy if I'm stuck in here alone with my thoughts. I have nothing to dooOOO. Plus, the battery on my phone ran out, which is great. And the battery on the other guy's phone ran out, which is also great.

Is it a bad idea to be writing this above a lake? I know that I probably shouldn't, but honestly, I don't really care. If it drops in the lake, then whatev

This is the worst. This is worse than being in school, or, like, going to the dentist or whatever else people think is bad. Multiply that by 9794848 and you get my situation. Ugh. I have nothing to do, and I hate everything.

People are annoying. But this is better than being alone, so I'll take it. For now.

So we're supposed to be decorating the safe house for Christmas, and we need to make snowflakes and hang them up on the ceiling, but all the paper is gone. Do you think That Guy would care if I used his calculators instead?
December 25, 2014
So, it's Christmas, or whatever. Zombies haven't been replaced with multiple copies of Chris Evans, so I didn't get what I wanted.

Logically speaking, how long will the wi-fi last? Cause like, I kinda need that or I'm gonna die. Screw food, and screw water. I. Need. Wi-Fi.

Back story:
Growing up with two moms wasn't exactly the easiest thing for Elena. She would get teased because she was "different", at least according to the people in her classes throughout high school. But honestly, Elena didn't care at all. The only things she cared about were her laptop, her two best friends, Amy and Jake, and her moms. But all of that changed when the zombie apocalypse began.
She was working as an intern when she saw the first zombie, and at first, her co-workers didn't believe her. Maybe it was because she tended to make up stories to freak people out, but this time, she was really being serious. Too bad they didn't believe her. Well, they didn't, that is, until a zombie - her boss - burst in through the door and started biting people. That was a sign for her to start running.
Outside of the building, her friend Jake was waiting for her, with Amy in the car as well. They started driving as far away and as fast as they could, until they couldn't see anymore zombies. Elena tried calling her parents, but they never picked up. She still calls them to this day, in hopes that somebody - anybody - will pick up.
They drove until they reached a hotel - the Rising Island Hotel - but Jake decided to keep driving because he knew there was a better hotel just north of there. They drove for a few more minutes, until they saw a man in the middle of the road who was screaming for help. As the car got closer, the trio noticed that he had a bite on his arm. Jake to wanted pull over, thinking that maybe they could help him. But Amy just wanted to pass the man, and keep going along their way. They turned to Elena, and asked for her opinion instead, and whatever she chose, they would do.
Her friendship with Jake had always been stronger, but this time, she had to go with Amy. She told Jake that they should just keep going, and pay no attention to the man, but he didn't listen. He pulled over, and got out of the car. Amy and Elena stayed in the car, deciding that it was probably smart to not go out there and well, die, or get bitten. And that's exactly what happened. They heard a scream resound from outside - it was Jake, and now he had a bite on his arm.
She and Amy still don't regret their decision, to this day. Jake was pleading, but they knew that they couldn't let him into the car with them. Now, it was every person for themselves. Plus, they didn't know any way to reverse the bite or some him from becoming a zombie. So they left him there, with tears in his eyes, and drove and never looked back.
Over the next few weeks, Elena and Amy got settled in the hotel. They searched every inch of it, and took stock of every weapon, food, medicine, etc, that was inside. They would go on daily patrols in search of other supplies or any other survivors. It was during this time that Elena knew how to fight, thanks to Amy's self-defense training, plus her knowledge of zombie video games. As the days passed by, their friendship grew stronger and stronger. Elena could even say that she developed feelings for Amy. But they quickly passed, as one day, Amy didn't come back to the hotel. A few days later, Elena found her friend downwards in a lake, and there was a gash on her head. She must have tripped or fell or something - but it didn't matter now. Now she was truly alone.
She has an entire mansion all to herself, and it's loaded with weapons, food, and medicine. But she still feels like something's missing. It isn't her friends, her classmates, or her co-workers... it's her parents. Her phone still has battery life at twenty-one percent, and each day, she uses it once, to call one of her moms. They always had their phones on them, and one day, if Elena was lucky, one of them would pick up.
