GMT +8. I am doing both POV so you can pick which one do you prefer, but depend on my laziness i might only do semipara - para at times, don't worry i also hate one liner. Suga is panual, which means he can be romantically involved with anyone, gender have nothing to do with love. To do romance with him: if you are the girls and bottom you must be younger, and  if you are top you can be older than him. I am not usually planning romance, Suga either like your character or not at all, depend on how they interact. As i don't have experience in straight high chance i might not do it at all even if they end up dating, sorrynotsorry.
