for this recipe, you'll need: 12 slices of thick bacon, 2 cups of original bisquick mix (or any pancake mix, really), 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, and syrup for topping (Optional).
1. preheat griddle or skillet. cook bacon until crispy and drain them on paper towels.
2. prepare the pancake batter by mixing the bisquick mix, eggs, and milk in a bowl.
3. place the bacon strips on the griddle/skillet, leaving plenty of space in between them. pour the pancake mix all around the bacon strips.
4. cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. (ooh)
5. serve with syrup of whatever if you wanna.
