J.G had lived with his parents but had only got along with his mother. His father was abusive towards him and would always hurt him if he didn't get thing done the first time, or right. He had always wanted to preform on stage and in front of a camera, but was afraid that his father would beat him if he said anything about that, so he practiced whenever he was alone. In secret, J.G had auditioned for a big company and got in right away. He became an idol within the year of training along with his good rival, Casper. After finding out Casper had left their group, he left two days later, right after Casper did, because he felt imcomplete without his presence and folllowed him to Korea and become an idol there.

Normally, he is cold hearted and a jerk to people but that is how J.G is until he opens up. J.G can't help but act like a jerk to people because of the way he was treated as a kid by his dad and to cover up his shyness to the world around him. Minimal love from his dad had made him pretty much heartless and a bit blunt when it comes to meeting new people. Though he tends to act like a jerk most of the time, he has a giant soft spot for dogs, especially Dō-ken, Shih Tzu, and elephants. Naturally, he can be a very loyal person but only to the members of his group and the ones he loves the most.

He is not one to speak up to others, unlike Casper, who can be a bit over the top at times, and likes to keep to himself. Before moving to Korea, he had adopted a female Dō-ken, named Xìngtáo, and treasures her more then life. He can be a nice nice person to others, but has a hard time showing off his soft side in public.
