Background » Yoon Mi, 20, is the soul survivor of the 2009 murder case. The fourteen year old teenager found her mother lying towards the door of her bedroom, and the interior of the mansion looked like a tornado hit it. To have witness someone's murder, especially if its a family member or a boyfriend, is something no one should go through; it all started with a stupid rumor someone spread. A rumor where Yoon Mi was the product of a crime that her mother had committed with an married man and she became a mistress. However there was no evidence to link her mother to the married man, so it just stayed as a rumor, on the other hand, it was that exact rumor that killed her mother. The fact that her mother was going to testify against another murder case made this case even more suspicious to the police and detectives; however that's not all. The man who was hired to make sure Areum was actually dead was now after Yoon Mi, he almost had the terrified fourteen year old if it was not for the acid inside the science lab in the highschool. 

It seemed like an eternity to Yoon Mi as she continued to run away from who she was and her past. It seemed like the tears wouldn't stop rolling down her cheeks as she slowly walked on the sides of the road in the dead of night; it was as if time was moving slow. 

Not knowing what to do in order to survive, Yoon Mi began to steal food from the street markets and often put in jail. Many people pitied her for they, too, knew her dark and bloody past but did nothing to help the poor child; until the day she stumbled upon a modeling crew that noticed her and took her in. They trained her for free in order to be their next model, which took some time to convince the still terrified child, and eventually she had grown popular by the time winter hit. Six months later, Yoon Mi decided that she was going to pierce her ears and wear the exact belly button ring as her mother once did when she was alive, believing it was the only way she could redeen herself; in addition Yoon Mi got a shoulder tattoo in memory of her mother and father.
