MY DAY: june 9th + 20
MY CLASS: homeless
MY POWER: hope
hyeri can fill herself and others with the hope needed to carry on. and sometimes, if hope is strong enough, it can take a physical form
MY DREAMS: hyeri's life definitely wasn't the easiest. even when she wasn't homeless, her family was in deep poverty. her mother made barely enough for the two of them to survive. so after she said a prayer and went to sleep, she would always dream of something better. dreams of food and warmth and prosperity for her miserable family, and through those dreams she was able to give herself hope. her hope never managed to spread to her mother, and she killed herself out in the neighbor's field and once again hyeri was alone. a small girl on her own couldn't possibly survive, and for the first time in her life, she lost hope. hyeri became homeless and began spiraling down into despair. one day, she saw a young man getting ready to jump from atop a school building, with the intention of taking his own life. hyeri's eyes opened to how hopeless this person must be, and she quickly began shouting how he "shouldn't loose hope!". she wished and wanted and hoped that her efforts of convincing this boy who had so much to offer the world and his whole life ahead of him weren't in vain. and he felt her hope and decided to keep on living. since that day on, hyeri regained hope and found out she was able to spread it to others.
MY TREASURES: hope, good company, warm weather, smiles, being thankful, the lovely caretakers in the home of hope, homemade food, any food honestly, flowers, bunnies, nice people who give her free food
CAN YOU NOT: upper class people who blame her for being homeless, winter, selfish people, inconsiderate people, despair, anguish
