Having such a nice childhood one would think that Jaebum would grow to be an ideal guy, being a kingka through high school, and also being hand picked for his dream college. With a life like that who wouldn't be happy? Still Jaebum wasn't satisfied, not even the least bit. There was something missing from his life and he knew it. However it took the 21 year old almost his whole life time to find that missing piece and just as he found it, the very thing was ripped from his grasp once more. That thing had been his parents, not only did Jaebum look different than them, he'd always felt as if he didn't fit into the Im family, sure he loved them anyways as they were the ones who raised him. But once he found out that the people he once called eomma and appa, weren't really who they claimed to Ben something broke within him, urging the teen (at the time) to run away, gladly taking the offer to study far as possible away from the pair. Having learned that the pair took him in when he was an infant, his parents being lost in a car crash. Even after four years after knowing the truth Jaebum still hadn't forgave the two he soon found out were actually his aunt and uncle. The void in his heart however was filled with his studies and the occasional fling here and there, still nothing could change the way the male felt, no matter how many of his past lovers proclaimed their love for him, he never returned the feelings as they were never there. the honest truth was Im Jaebum had never really been in love not even once, sure he'd had his fair share of crushes and infatuations, nothing was ever serious however, all being just a small game that he made and played with himself to try and cope with the lie he'd been living. No matter how much money the pair tried to send him, the male just preferred to separate himself from them, hoping one day he would find it in himself to try and fix things.

Jaebum is a pretty cool and chic person all until you cross him in some sort of way that invokes his quick tempered side, then he can be rather harsh and come off as a rude person, though that's not the case. Since high school the male had been a major flirt, never failing to have his targets gushing over him in some way. His selfish tendencies having been one of the reasons most his relationships never worked out, though it never affected Jaebum much since he knew it wouldn't be long before he replaced the person that he once had. As much as he isn't exactly the player type, since he prefers to keep one person at a time, he does however have a habit of flirting while he is in a relationship but nothing to serious since he is a rather passionate person and doesn't intentionally hurt those he gives the privilege of calling his boyfriend.
