About Me

Cha Hakyeon belongs to a rich family, his dad is a well known attorney and his big brother the chief of police. But he was different, he didn't want his life to be boring like his father or brother had. Hakyeon was like those other kids in his school , he was quite smart and acted too much for his age. He preferred to stay alone and observe things rather than go outside and play with other kids of his age. This caused him to be an outcast among his classmates. He was bullied and verbally abused at school which continued until he graduated. His mother died when he was still young and his father wasn't around much. With his brother, he had a weird relationship. It was clear that they didn't like each other but Hakyeon's brother would help him sometimes. But then again his whole family wasn't a normal one. Hakyeon moved out of his dad's house and settled on a place of his own. He joined the police as their consultant since solving mysterious cases was thrilling and proving how smart he was satisfied him. Oh the thrills of solving a problem what was deemed as impossible to solve by others was what Hakyeon lived for.

Disorder(s):schizoid personality disorder,may possibly have autism spectrum disorder. Positive traits: intelligence, observant,possess creative imagination, keen ability to focus and concentrate on things outside of external disturbance, keen ability to understand human nature. Negative traits: inability to empathize with others,high level of stubbornness, narcissistic,inability to deal with emotions and boredom. Personality:Hakyeon ha emotions but he makes it a purposeful decision to supress them because he thinks emotion obstructs logical thinking. He has developed this capacity to ignore emotions from a troubled childhood possibly verbal abuse or/and constant bullying.These abuse has caused to protect himself with a thick, impenetrable wall.He doesn't lie or deceive for personal pleasure, he is not prone to aggressivenessand capable of feeling guilt or remorse.Hakyeon is detached and thinks of himself as a cold, heartless, logical machine instead of a human. He constantly pushes the limit of his body by refusing to eat or sleep during cases. Testing the limit of his emotions by supressing them,testing the limit of his humanity by acting in almost inhumanly way, testing the limits of those who care about him by pretending not to care (when he so obviously does).He lovrs playing instruments especially the piano and drinking coffee. His eye contact is quite odd too, he retains eye contact too long and abruptly looks away or refuses to look at the person he is talking too.

PLOT 1

			Everday Hakyeon visited the same cafe where you worked, sitting on the exact place near the window with the clearly view of the counter. Everyday you served the same thing black coffee and cheesecake. Hakyeon would be busy working on his laptop or lost in his own thoughts to notice you. You found Hakyeon different from other people, he would alway come alone at the cafe and never talk with people , he had this expressionless face. You wanted to befriend him but seeing that way that he was you found it hard to approach him so you starting writing cheerful messages on his coffee cup instead. 			Your family and Hakyeon's family knew each other very well. You had met Hakyeon once before when you were still kids but you couldn't forget his odd personality and those hideous glasses. So after many years you two meet again when your family host another dinner parties. But now Hakyeon had changed, no more hideous glasses and preppy clothes. He had turned into a handsome male with good fashion sense. But one thjng that hadn't changed was his personality he still avoided people or getting into conversation as much as he could. Later you found out about his condition and felt quite bad for teasing him in the past. But as you get to know Hakyeon better you aren't bothered by his odd nature anymore.

			To Hakyeon you are like a puzzle that he needs to solve everytime he thinks he is done solving you you show an entirely different side which he fjnds to be fascinating. This all started when you bumped with each other at the park from they on its like fate keeps playig games with you and you bump into each other frequently. And so you find yourselves talking to each other.
