Insoo was born into a grifter family, at a young age he was taught the rules and ways of a grifter. When he showed an interest into computers at a young his parents encouraged him, since that helped increase their mark base. Insoo gladly helped his family because they would shower him with love when he hit a mark good. When Insoo fell for a mark, his family was going to give him the 'never fall for a mark' speech, but they found it was a man they threw him out of the family. Insoo become closed off from the world, emersing himself into his computers. One night he heard over the scanners that a street race was going down and the police was planning to raid them, Insoo helped without the racers knowing by sending the police in the wrong direction. The next day he went to the garage and asked to be included in the fun. Buying his first car, he only drives to go get his snack and the occasional street race.

Insoo helps with everything IT in the garage.
