Living as the only child in the family and with her parents always away for work, Irene grew up with only books as her company. She is quite reserved. She grew up alone, which is why she usually takes the initiative to introduce herself to other people. Once she gets comfortable around you, she will show many different sides to her.

Irene was always the star student, hence being able to graduate high school at the age of 17. She just entered college, and chose to major in literature. While in college, she decided that she needed a new place to stay. Her house was just too far away, and the dorms around the campus were to bleak for her taste, so she decided to enter this boarding house along with the hopes of meeting new friends and having another place to call her home.
