Description [History/About Me]:
Minhyuk is the youngest of three children, the most well, doted upon, the right baby.He spnt the first sevenyears of his life living happily, not a care in the world. He was practically told to avoid his brothers at all costs, of course he didn't. He would go and talk to them, only little bits at a time because he didn't want any trouble with the parents. It was only when his brother In-Su was shipped off, that's when he started to avoid Hongbin, he knew there was something wrong with him. Nobody told him anything. He was just a kid, what could he grasp from anything.



When he was seven, his life all seven years of it, was torn apart. The night where he had a family to start with and nothing in the end. He knew that his brother had rally bad dreams, it was why he was scared of him a little. He didn't know the dreams could be real though. He didn't know what was going on. He knew what to do in case of a fire, get the family together and get outside as fast as possible. He learned that at school. He ran toward his parents' room first wondering why Hongbin didn't come to find him. He was the older brother since In-su left them, he was supposed to come an find him and help him get out too. But he was alone. He touched the metal as if it wasn't even hot and the flames were terrible in there. In the bed, he saw them. He even tried with all his strength to wake them up. Next thing he knew, he wasn't himself, nor was he anywhere near his house, or what was left of it. The fire and his feelings, and the fact that he was thinking he going to die triggered his ability.



Next thing he knew he was waking up with someone standing over him, as a damn bird, shaking, fire surrounding him. He recognized the person standing over him as his older brother and just broke down in tears. From that moment, until he was about ten he didn't speak a word. His brother who legally changed his name to Kris would come to see him once a week to see how he was doing. He would have fun with him and that, but he wouldn't speak a word. It took almost three years to get him to say anything. But by the time he was ten he was speaking again, but he kept the notebooks as a memory of his ultimate abandonment.



When he learned that Hongbin was still alive, he found it more difficult to cope with, he entered the academy and he looked well enough. Frankly, it pissed him off, he almost relapsed back into not speaking and getting his notebooks back out. He decided in the end that he wasn't going to give him that satisfaction, he just wanted him to realize he was there too, just to know what he helped create. In short, he thought he was a monster who was only out to save himself, which wasn't the case.



He keeps to himself, he doesn't smile, he has literally no love toward anyone except Kris who still comes and visits him every week, just to make sure he's okay. He's simply afraid of what his ability will do to them. Or moreso himself, since the only real times he's used them was when he was terrified of something, and he wasn't even consciously doing it.

Minhyuk like his brothers also has a corresponding 'personality' that goes along with his ability, actually there are four of them. One for Earth, one for fire, one for air, and one for water, to top it off one of them is a girl. One of them calming, one of them insolent and a bit of an , one of them almost exactly like Minhyuk, and one of them extremely protective. The earth's personality's name is Gaia, she's the protective one, and highly dislikes the fire personality who Minhyuk refers to 'Blaze' actually the entire other four kind of just dislike him, but Gaia tries to like everything and everyone, and tries to keep Minhyuk safe from himself (and Blaze)

Blaze is the fire personality, and he is not particularly someone that Minhyuk wants out, he's a bit of a pushy , but he wants to show him that just because his family died in a fire, sometimes it can't be all that bad. His ways of going about it are a bit unorthodox though which is one of the many, many reasons Minhyuk keeps him shoved in the back of his head with Gaia and Zale the two more protective of Minhyuk's personalities and Zale being the second most dominant of Minhyuk's personalities.

Zale is Minhyuk's water personality, he's kind of a calming influence on him so to speak, when he comes out Minhyuk's body looks a little more calmer, a bit more relaxed, even though it looks like Minhyuk's actually having a conversation with someone for the first time ever, nobody would know that it was all Zale, he's the one who brings Minhyuk's body out of it's shell so to speak, he is the one that keeps Blaze at bay, and keeps him pushed back as long as he can.

The final personality is Minhyuk-light, I mean Zephyr, you would never know that this personality took over Minhyuk, it's basically him with a slightly lighter wispy voice. Nobody would know the wiser. The only two people who know that at least three of the four personalities are the headmaster (who's met Gaia and Zale) and Kris (who's had the splendid opportunity to meet Blaze)

One of the other things he shares with his siblings is the fact his eyes change color when he uses his ability. But it's not just one color, again it;s four, White for air, a really dark forest green for earth, a red orange for when he uses fire, and a deep blue when he uses water. That's one of the few ways you know that Minhyuk is going to use his ability.
