Siwon has always been a ratrher charming character. He loves to talk and spend time with others. He is gentle and very caring, but he can be easily manipulated which makes him try and be more careful around others. He is serious about his work and religion means a lot to him. He seems like a strict and serious guy, but if you are close enough to him, he doesn't mind bending the rules.
