He's rather flirty and manipulative because he likes things his way. He can come off as cold, but that doesn't mean he doesn't like to talk. He's fairly genuine and honest, but because of how he is, it's hard for anyone to see that.

He's had a rough background on the streets before he found his place in the Eastern Pack. He's an arms dealer, but sometimes trades other things if it means more money and his alpha told him to do it. Despite that, he's fairly rebellious and makes a point to challenge his head alpha. Or any alpha really. As a kid, he was shoved the side and discarded as a genetic mix up because no one thought he would become as strong and great as he is today.

OOC COMMENTS:

1. You ask, you start. Sometimes I'll offer, if I'm feeling the plot. If I ask, I'll start.

2. I don't like winging it, and I prefer 3rd (unless I'm totally swamped, or you only do 1st). 

3. Let me know if it takes me more than 3 days to respond, I probably forgot. If not, I'll let you know what's up.

4. I'm fine with almost anything. Honestly, anything. 

5. Don't give me one line responses. If we need to spice up our plot, I'd be happy to work something out.

6. Please don't be excessively clingy or helpless if we plot you as the submissive partner.
