Background:

His whole life he has been raised into prestigious family. Only to realize at the mere age of 12 they weren't even his own blood family. He always asked his adoptive parents who his blood parents were but all he ever got was "Not anyone you need to know. They're useless to your life now". Since then he became a loner only to fill up his time with his studies and learning how to become the perfect beta, for his future mate, by his adoptive mother. His adoptive family owns several cafés around the Seoul area, hence the reason he's a barista. His family believed that if started at the bottom and worked his way to his inheritance of the company once his adoptive father passes away. His mother has raised every bit of him to become the perfect beta for his rightfully picked,by his parents, mate. He knew by the time where he first changed, coincidently the same year he found out his parents weren't actually his parents, that his adoptive parents would start looking for his perfect mate. A couple months later sadly they had. He doesn't believe the man has a name besides "monster". Monster was handsome,kind, manly, protective, strong, and most of all an alpha. The absolute perfect mate for an seemly "perfect" omega. But one day everything changed. Monster had invited Seyong to dinner one night over at his place. The parents decided to leave  the two alone since their mating ceremony was in a few days.  But what seemed as a innocent dinner it turned into horror for poor Seyong. The whole night he was beaten into submission, heard words that should not be spoken from any human nor wolf, and sadly was until he was able to manage the strength to push him away to stop the full knotting process. Later that night he came home with bruises covering his used to be pure skin and dried blood down his thighs. The only thing his parents had told him to do was to go one with the mating ceremony and push away the horrific memories of that night. So Seyong, the night before of the mating ceremony, he decided to runaway with nothing beside a couple hundred dollars he had saved and some articles of clothing. And that's how he ended up with the Southern pack and hoping to become a barista again due to the weird sense of calmness he gets from doing it. He hopes one day he'll be able to pay for his studies at the local university but he knows that is way into his future.
