Jongjin is the master of the illegal organization, in charge of making sure new dogs are shipped in regularly, that everyone behaves, and that things run smoothly. Though he is not the owner or creator, he is the highest position that lives on residence. He had been in the business, starting out as a stud when he was only a teen, going from being homeless to being a twisted man's test subject. He was one of the fighters, making everything from examinations to mating hard for everyone. Obviously some things happened between then and now to make him into the Master who disciplines the people who he once used to be, yet he's not an open book. If your curiosity is strong enough, you'll dare to approach him. Just don't be too surprised if the cruel, dark man makes you beg for mercy.
