Yoongi was born in rich family. That spoiled kid that gets everything he wants...was him.
Yoongi was kidnapped when he was ten years old , that incident made him not to trust people so easily since the one who kidnapped him was his friend's uncle. He kept Yoongi for a week in a dark room and beaten ,tortured him hard. Poor kid ,he even has some scars left on his right side and his lower back. Yoongi now has fear of being alone in dark places or even falling asleep without any light in the room...he begins to get sweaty and tremble from fear. He also doesn't feel really safe when there is someone with a knife even if it's for cooking...
Yoongi is kind of a jerk or an ,or whatever you call him. He says things what he thinks ,but he isn't rude just like that. All he wants to do is win in all arguments and all fights ...and also showing off is one of his main things too. He's rich and he isn't scared to show it. So usually his friends are friends just because of his fame and money ,they try their best to deal with Yoongi ,but behind their back they obviously hate him.
But Yoongi has this other side of him. He blushes pretty often because he can't handle when people hit his weak spots... he can take all those words that call him handsome ,y ,but when people put effort in it ,he just can't hold his red cheeks back. He also can be quite stubborn and childish. He's not really likeable person.
Yoongi's father owns a big company that is doing really well . He also strictly wants to marry Yoongi off to a rich woman that will have something to do with his business.
And as for Min Yoongi's mother she died at the time when he was twelve years old. His father was on a business trip and some people had intruded their house. Mother hid her son in the closet just in case those people were someone that her husband brought down. And they were indeed working for them. They shot her with three bullets just because she didn't let them in to the room where her precious son was hiding. After the shots police and other security caught them...and for Yoongi ,he was suffering inside a small dark room ,hearing the shots and mother's cries to leave them alone...maybe it's another reason why Yoongi didn't adored darkness at all.
Now Yoongi lives alone in a fancy house with big security. He has ten security people in his house to look after him every 24/7 . Not because his father has great company ,but his father also has big amount of enemies and him himself isn't scared to get his hands bloody just to get rid of something that gets in his way. And just because his one of weaknesses is Min Yoongi ,he agrees that his son can live alone as long he has people to look after him , following and taking care of him.
