― Joshua wasn't the alpha of the Summer pack right off the bat. Oh no, not at all. Did he fight for it? No. Did they see something in him? No, not really. The old alpha was sick. The battle wounds he had before were catching up to him and at the old age he was at made him even more fragile. Sure, the guy was tough and all but everyone loved him and for him to die was truly something for the Summer pack.

The alpha title was handed down to him when the old alpha died. A happy moment it should've been for Joshua but it wasn't. He was the leader. A leader of a large pack of wolves, people, who depended on him for things. Of course he refused at first, even begged not to be the alpha. He just couldn't handled it. Didn't want all the disappointment and anger directed at him if he ever ed up. I guess you could say that the pressure was getting to him as he thought about it more. All he wanted to do was take care of the pack's pup and train them. Yet with some words of encouragement from the pack he finally accepted being alpha.

Now, with the way the new generation and wolf packs are evolving they all had to adapt well to it. Taking on their current human forms rather than being in their wolf forms wasn't new but was still odd. Being something you weren't for a while does things to you though Joshua and his pack didn't take long to get used to it. Due to their body temperature they settled down in warm areas in the city and in the woods since they preferred it that way. Blending in and out with the humans but becoming one with the woods and wild.

Joshua still takes care of the pack's pups on the side when he has time but when he isn't he's either hunting or spending time out in the city.

So far life's quite great.

Kind hearted  ― he loves everybody, isn't one to hold a grudge, forgives easily in some cases.
Klutz  ― the most likely one to trip over air & bumps into things often.
Serious  ― quite serious most of the time, especially when it comes to his pack or someone he treasures the most.
Jokester  ― likes to make jokes and play around a lot with people. Some say you can either like his humor or hate it.
Caring  ―  he takes care of anybody even if he does hate your for some reason whether it be out of
kindness or concern.
Straight-foward  ― he's mostly straight forward with his responses and can't help it if it hurt's you, though he tries  ― 
to make them a bit sugar coated.
Curious  ― he is quite the curious one. always asking "what's that?" or "what is this?" being curious also means a few adventures for him. he just can't stay still without wandering off because of something he had seen.

You and Joshua were quite close. Close enough to be mistaken for a couple or something but still close. Sure you guys are an odd pair but that never stopped you both from becoming friends and hanging out. Joshua considered you family yet the betrayal and pain in his eyes as he heard your words. He was disappointed to say the least. Yet, here you are in front of him as the memories come rushing back in.

An unfortunate event that leads to a battle between you and Joshua and it does not look good at all. Anything could happen next but you both won't go down for a fight even if it costs your lives. Either one of you make it out alive or you both can settle it like normal people.

Joshua's curiousity will seriously be the death of him. He just can't spend a day without going on an adventure by himself though it looks like today his adventures will put his in trouble.

You're an ace in Joshuas eyes, a role model, a pro and he respects you for that. Looks up to you even if you're younger, older, higher, or even a lower rank. you yourself amazes him and that makes him want to get to know you even more.

Man, there you were. Just looking...incredible. He wouldn't say it was love at first sight, heck, not even himself knows for sure. Maybe it's a crush, Yes, just a crush. Though he can't deny that he acts like a fool whenever he's near you becuase, well, it's you ! He'll muster up the courage for sure to at least talk to you rather than looking from afar.

Let loose and get wild is Joshuas motto for when 's going to get crazy and nothing's ever good when Joshuas in a wild mood. You, you're like his favorite partner in crime. Always doing together and running away when party crashers appear. You two are just the troublemaker duo.

You're quite a pinocchio aren't you? Always lying left and right. For what Joshua does not know but he can tell that they are all bull. Though, it interests him and makes him want to know you more. He wonders if you're hiding something or if you just can't stop lying since you're so used to it. He's determined to get to the bottom of it.

Yet, Joshua knows that one day avoiding will no longer work for him.
