Born and raised in Busan, Daehyun moved to Seoul after an argument with his father over what Daehyun's lack of interest in his future, and becoming the heir to several food chains his father owned. So when he turned 18, he made the move, an after several months of living on the streets he decided to start selling drugs. That was his life for about 5 years. When he turned 23, he decided to make a gang of his own after he was jumped by a couple of gang members. Since then he has risen to the top as the most lethal gang in Seoul. He had also earned the reputation of being one of the most ruthless leaders after his parents had been killed, and his brother mutilated. From then on, when he was doing business he would not show any emotion. If there was something the RR leader wanted, he got. His signature symbol was a rose dipped in his victim's blood. He would also leave some survivors so they could tell the details of the brutal murders he has committed. All in all, he is ruthless, sadistic, cold, and heartless. There are rare moments when he will show emotion but that is only when he's alone.
Daehyun is ruthless, cold and indifferent when he's acting as the leader of The Royal Roses. He is also a player, not wanting to be involved with anyone. He wasn't like this but after dealing drugs at first and then becoming a gang leader he learned to hide behind his newly adapted persona. He knew his weakness could be his downfall so he puts up a cold front when he was doing business. Now it has become a part of him. He loves power, and the adrenaline that comes with it..." And he has gone through a lot of pain since he started his new life. Especially going through losing both his mother and father to a rival gang who found where they lived. During those rare moments when he's alone he will mourn them. But when he wants to hide his pain he will use drugs and as a way to escape. Now he couldn't care if he was hurting someone else.
