Physical Description: He wears a lot of dark clothing, not due to emotional issues (although that may contribute to it) but because it's practical. It helps him hide in shadows. Wonho can also often bee seen with some sort of mask that can cover either half or all of his face. No one knows why. His hair is usually always hanging over his eyes and he always holds himself with a passive expression or a glare. In terms of height he's just above average.
Supernatural Talents: Atomic Manipulation - The ability to change atoms and create something new from anything as well as causing objects (solid, liquid or gas) to change properties. // Mind Powers - Telepathy & telekinesis. (If only 1 power is allowed, just atomic manipulation.)

Vices: Often lies to get information or to benefit himself. Does not feel any remorse for evil people and his mind cannot be changed unless forced with extremes. Stubborn and determined to the point of death. His power can sometimes start doing something when he is not consciously trying to use it, sometimes causing things to explode or shadows to cover his figure. Usually this can be dispelled when he becomes conscious of this but sometimes gets completely out of control. He has to be sedated both when his power is out of control by itself and when he uses it purposefully as his body is slightly enhanced and can't be stopped (only half the time). Will kill if he needs to.

History: Wonho grew up as a normal child before the Accident. The Accident took place on a day like any other with him and his mother entering a bakery on main street. He was holding onto her hand when suddenly the sound of something loud rumbled towards the establishment. Next thing he knew, his mother was dead as he still held onto her hand, half of her body crushed under a large section of the bakery roof. Blood was splattered up his side, his mother's own blood, and after that everything was blurry. His abilities developed from this gruesome incident due to a truck with radioactive chemicals having also been punctured by the rubble. After that, Wonho was taking in by the owner of what used to be the bakery, an old woman that carefully pried his hand out of his mother's and carried him away from her body. Wonho could only stare back into the empty eyes of his mother before turning away. He continued to live with the old lady for quite some time (some stuff happened between this and there but I haven't gotten that far yet - will put it in my profile). After he was taken from the old woman, watching as she was gunned down in the living room, Wonho was taken to the facility and hidden deep under ground without so much as a word in his favor. Now he's here, silently studying everyone in the building. The guards, the prisoners, the doctors. He trusts no one, not even himself sometimes. (will add more, still under co.)
